Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Wushu Industry In The Three Northeastern Provinces

Based on the stakeholder theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,this paper deeply analyzes the development status of the martial arts industry.Under the background of building a socialist country with modern influence,the development of wushu industry in the three northeastern provinces is not perfect and the development mode is not perfect,which restricts the development process and economic benefits of wushu industry.To this end,the condition of market economy,relying on the three northeast provinces in the development of wushu industry analysis of three problems and restricting factors,using the method of expert interview,this study through the interview outline enumerate,present situation and countermeasure of martial arts industry experts in three northeast provinces of visiting survey,using the literature material law,expert interview and logical analysis,through the analysis of the current situation of the martial arts industry.Integrating the ideas and opinions of various experts,the research results show that:（1）The promotion mechanism of wushu industry needs to be improved: there is a lack of cooperation,communication and coordination system among wushu departments in the three northeastern provinces;Market publicity and innovation is not strong enough,and the promotion mechanism is not sound.（2）The role of wushu competition system still needs to be explored: there is not a strong awareness of wushu schools and regions in the three northeastern provinces,so it cannot be centralized;Professional competitions are simplistic and few in number;Social attention is not high.（3）The traditional martial arts have gradually deteriorated in the process of commercialization: the supply reform of martial arts products is obviously insufficient;The degree of inheritance is not enough,and too commercial,only superficial development;Self improvement attention is not high.（4）The supply reform of wushu products is obviously insufficient: the brand value and management level of the products are not high,and the equipment update speed is slow.By visiting integration,the development of the martial arts industry has been clear about the three northeast provinces,the existing problems in the development of wushu industry,explores the three northeast provinces and put forward the coordinated development to promote martial arts industry professional towards cultivating market main body,improve the industry competition martial arts system,establish the ideology of wushu market economy,promote martial arts industry development,rich market supply and so on,It is helpful to promote the market development of wushu industry in the three northeastern provinces.
