Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Campus Basketball Development In Taiyuan City

For China’s achievements in international basketball events in recent years,and the lack of Chinese players in recent years,the reason is that the reserve talent training program in basketball is not perfect and lack of motivation.Taiyuan city is a representative model city of campus basketball in China,which is a reference for the basketball training in other places.In order to improve the training of basketball reserve talents in Taiyuan city to provide more theoretical basis,the training of basketball talents is more sustainable research.This paper takes the dynamic mechanism of campus basketball development in Taiyuan as the research object,and uses the literature method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and other methods to study the talent training,dilemma and influencing factors of the development of campus basketball in Taiyuan,The following conclusions are drawn:1.The power mechanism of Taiyuan campus basketball development is divided into three parts:power structure,power source and power operation principle.Among them,the power structure is divided into power subject and power transmission medium,and the power subject is students and families,schools and government and other relevant departments from the micro,meso and macro aspects.Power transmission medium as the explicit carrier of power to benefit,culture and information transmission three aspects.The power operation principle is divided into four aspects:power conversion,supervision and evaluation,power distribution and training,and source power development.2.The dynamic mechanism of campus basketball development in Taiyuan City is mainly analyzed for the principle of power operation,which focuses on the source power development of the power subject,mainly from the three aspects of external factors,internal factors,and external conditions.First,internal factors mainly change the perception of students and family groups participating in basketball;Second,the role of external factors is the improvement of the support of relevant government departments and schools for the development of campus basketball;Third,the role of external conditions stimulus factors is mainly interest stimulation,the enthusiasm of all subjects to participate in basketball,and the stable operation of the campus basketball power mechanism.3.Choosing the source power development path of campus basketball development in Taiyuan City:1)the government formulates policies for the development of campus basketball,and carries out targeted policies for schools in places with poor development,2)cultivates students’ sense of campus basketball cultural identity,3)improves the channels for the training and promotion of reserve talents,4)teachers increase teaching exchanges and carry out concept learning,5)improves the teacher training system,and improves the level of teaching and education,6)changes the concept of students and families,7)increases the injection of funds into basketball,8)implements supervision and evaluation supervision mechanisms.
