Abstract/Summary:
Autism is a pervasive developmental disorder, and most people with autism need the care of others for life, which brings great pressure to the families of autistic people. In recent years, with the improvement of medical level and the popularization of screening technology, the diagnosis rate of autism has shown an increasing trend. It is conservatively estimated that there are 70,000 newborns with autism every year in my country. It can be seen that there is a large demand for intervention and rehabilitation of autistic people every year.At present, most of the research on exercise intervention for children with autism is to study the effect of exercise on language, social interaction and stereotyped behavior of children with autism, and most of the researches use scales improved by foreign or domestic experts.Because people with autism are prone to complication of motor dysfunction such as abnormal gait,it is also of great significance to study the effect of exercise intervention on the motor function of children with autism.Research purposes: Children with autism are very prone to motor dysfunction such as abnormal gait, and the current exercise intervention program for children with autism is single, and the intervention actions are simple, which cannot meet their exercise needs. To meet the needs of the school, implement the requirements of the curriculum standards for training schools issued by the Ministry of Education of my country in 2016,and ensure that the sports health care of training students includes running, jumping, throwing and other items,so as to ensure that they can get a suitable exercise load and achieve the effect of sports rehabilitation and health care. This study uses the research method of sports biomechanics to analyze the changes in the characteristics of sports biomechanical parameters such as plantar pressure, surface electromyography, body gravity, and motion path length during walking. The improvement of the motor function of children with autism by the intervention of fun track and field sports.Provide more exercise intervention programs for the rehabilitation training of children with autism, enrich the physical activities of children with autism, enrich the content of physical education classes in Special education schools, and reduce the increase in the number of falls due to abnormal gait and other motor dysfunctions.Risk of accidental sports injury.Research methods: This research uses scientific and reasonable research methods such as literature method, interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method. The existing relevant research results were reviewed first, and then the parents and teachers who recruited the subjects were interviewed, and then screened according to the clear inclusion and exclusion criteria. The scores were analyzed by Wilcoxon signed-rank test, and 16 subjects with no significant difference(p>0.05)were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=8)and the control group(n=8),The experimental group took three months of cross jumping, grid running, kneeling throwing and other interesting track and field interventions for children in the physical education and interest classes. The physical education and interest classes in the control group carried out rehabilitation education according to the original curriculum content of the Special education School.Research results: After a total of 36 children’s interesting track and field sports interventions of 35 minutes each time 3 times a week, the intervention effects of children’s interesting track and field sports such as cross jumping, grid running, and kneeling throwing were analyzed. The experimental group autism During the children’s walking process, parameters such as body center of gravity, twodimensional angle of knee joint, gait cycle, stride frequency, work load and i EMG were significantly changed before and after the experiment(p<0.05).There were significant changes in parameters such as the distribution ratio of the bottom load before and after the experiment(p<0.05);the parameters in other gait cycle stages of the experimental group and the control group had no significant changes before and after the experiment(p>0.05).Research conclusions:(1)Children’s interesting track and field sports such as cross jumping, grid running, kneeling throwing, etc.,have better intervention effects on the basic form of walking, which is a basic exercise for autistic children, than the traditional physical education classes in Special education schools, and can improve the performance of children with autism.Mobility;(2)The intervention of children’s interesting track and field sports such as cross jump, grid running, and kneeling throwing can reduce the walking cycle time of autistic children when they walk naturally, and make the gait cycle time closer to the natural walking time of healthy people. The time of gait cycle;(3)The interesting track and field intervention can maintain the stability of the load distribution ratio of the front and back and left and right of the sole of the foot and the arch coefficient of the foot during walking,so that the load distribution of the sole of the foot of children with autism is balanced during walking.Enhance mobility, improve walking stability, and reduce the risk of accidental injuries such as falls;(4)Interesting track and field intervention can improve the EMG work load and i EMG in other stages such as the middle stage of right support and the end stage of right swing for some muscles,However, routine children’s fun track and field exercise cannot change the activation sequence of rectus femoris, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius and tibialis anterior muscles during walking, that is,routine exercise intervention cannot change the movement coordination of motor dysfunction such as abnormal gait.
