On The Construction Of Community Operation Mode Of H Vocational Training Institutions

With the normalization of the epidemic,the unemployment rate has generally increased.In order to promote secondary employment,people pay more and more attention to online vocational training.At present,for adults,it has become a new normal to absorb knowledge at home through online education.Therefore,it also gives birth to the attempt of vocational training institutions to adopt the supporting community operation mode.However,problems still exist.How to build a community-based operation model and achieve the effect guarantee,and realize the fine drainage goal of vocational training is an urgent problem to be solved.Taking h vocational training institution as an example,this paper makes a specific analysis on the development status of its existing operation mode by using the method of case analysis.It is considered that the institution has experienced three stages,and its operation mode is different in different stages.The existing operation mode can not fully meet the development of h vocational training institution,so it is urgent to establish a new operation mode;Secondly,through the specific introduction of the community operation mode of H vocational training institutions,it is found that while the community operation mode of H vocational training institutions can reflect the network advantages,H vocational training institutions have unique advantages in vocational education through the combination of online and offline,win many difficulties and provide convenient services for customers,so as to win a place for the enterprise itself in the market;Finally,through the formulation of safeguard measures,H vocational training institutions can better develop the community operation mode in the future.Generally speaking,it can be seen from the discussion of this paper that in the face of the general trend of sharp increase in unemployment rate and the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,it is imperative for vocational training institutions to develop community refined operation mode.There may be some problems in this process,but as long as it is optimized step by step and escorted by more safeguard measures,vocational training institutions may also develop sustainably in a difficult market environment.
