Study On The Doing Now Operation Mode Of Beijing Teenager Sports Training Institution

In recent years,the sports industry has developed rapidly,and the government has proposed in the No.46 th document that the total size of the sports industry will reach 5 trillion in 2025.Since 2014,there has been a strong demand for sports training of teenagers,and parents have gradually realized that cultivating children's physical ability is very important so the youth sports training institutions,which based on sports training,have emerged as the times require.With the development of the market,however,sports training institutions have encountered many problems in the process of operation.This paper will analyze the five aspects of Doing Now Sport,which is a more successful sports training institutions,from operational management,sales model,product type,service quality and capital,and explore its operation mode,which is provide a reference for Beijing youth sports training institutions and promote the sustainable and healthy development of youth sports training institutions.This paper makes use of expert interviews,literature,questionnaires,field visits and other research methods,it takes the Doing Now Company of adolescent sports training institutions as the research object.Analyzing the development advantages and disadvantages of this sport company through the research on the operation management,sales mode,product type,service quality and enterprise source of funds,and summarizes a set of complete operation pattern suitable for the development of youth sports training institutions.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained(1)the operation patterns of the Doing Now Company are based on sales and capital under administration,with products and services as the core,the five elements are related to each other and interact with the management mode.(2)The administrative management patterns are centered on the headquarters of seven sectors,hierarchical and layered to manage the operation of each subsidiary.(3)The sales patterns mainly promote market as the leading,online sales and activity sales as the auxiliary patterns.Marketing is characterized by a coach's dual identity(coach,sales)as one of the sales methods,which increase sales.The unique sales training system is to enhance the sales capacity of employees.(4)The capital pattern is based on the student's contribution,access to financing and additional product consumption as the main source of funding.Under the drive of sales,products and services,the amount of funds is large,and the use of funds is more reasonable.(5)The product and service patterns of the Doing Now is the core part.The products are of good quality and rich in product types to attract the vast number of consumers,in the core products with the design of a more comprehensive and perfect service content to win the trust of consumers.
