| To promote exchanges and integration among ethnic groups,we should fully consider the actual situation of different regions and ethnic groups,and effectively promote the all-round development of economy,education,culture and society in ethnic areas from various aspects.Secondary vocational education in Xinjiang is an important way to train high-quality,high-skilled compound talents for the economic development of Xinjiang,improve the quality of workers,improve the quality of employment of workers,and promote the rapid development of regional economy.However,there are some problems in secondary vocational education in Xinjiang,such as low quality,lack of attraction,lack of competitiveness in employment and so on.There are many reasons,among which cultural identity and context adaptation are one of the reasons that affect the development of secondary vocational education in Xinjiang.This research takes Xinjiang ethnic minority secondary vocational school students’ adaptation to Putonghua context as the research object,by Solving the Problem of Minority Vocational Students’ Inadaptability to the Context,constructing Culture with Language,promoting the Cultural Identity of Ethnic Minority Secondary Vocational School Students,promoting students’ all-round development,Improving the Quality of Secondary Vocational Education in Xinjiang,enriching the cultural education system of secondary vocational schools in Xinjiang as a research idea.Through the coding and refining of the interview data,problems can be found from the“quality”.The interview results show that ethnic minority students in secondary vocational schools in Xinjiang have the problem of context inadaptability.Context discomfort is mainly manifested in that minority students have good language attitude,but they have emotional anxiety in Putonghua context,and their language understanding and expression ability are not high.Through the data collection and collation of the questionnaire survey,the problem is analyzed from the“quantity”.The results show that the context adaptation and cultural identity of ethnic minority students in Xinjiang secondary vocational schools are related to grade,school type in basic education stage,years of Putonghua learning and Putonghua level.And there is a high positive correlation between context adaptation and cultural identity.Through the analysis of the relationship between context adaptation and cultural identity,analyze the problem from the “root”.Further analysis of the relationship between language and culture,to discover the essence of the relationship between contextual adaptation and cultural identity,to seek out the context adaptation and cultural identity to help the development path of Xinjiang minority secondary vocational students.Based on the above findings,this study is based on the relationship between context adaptation and cultural identity.In order to improve the quality of secondary vocational education in Xinjiang,deepen the cultural research purposes of vocational education.This paper tries to improve the context adaptability of ethnic minority students in Xinjiang secondary vocational schools by building a“educational community”with students as the main body,society as the support,school as the guide and family as the basis,enhance cultural identity and adaptability,enriching the cultural system of secondary vocational education in Xinjiang and improving the quality of running schools,transferring Talents for Economic Development in Xinjiang. |
