At this stage,the development of China’s disability cause has paid more and more attention to the multi-level needs of the disabled group.According to the data of the China Disabled Persons’ Federation,among the approximately 85.02 million disabled people in my country,the disabled group accounts for a considerable proportion.Current academic research focuses on physical recovery,mental health,and social integration.Among them,studies related to mental health rarely distinguish between congenital disabilities and acquired disabilities.However,compared with the congenitally disabled group,the acquired disabled group has experienced a drastic transition from being physically able to being physically disabled.There is also a huge gap in the state,and the pressure to bear has also become prominent.They bear different degrees of pressure in self-cognition,family communication,social interaction,etc.,which seriously restricts the quality of life and health of the disabled.Professional social work intervention services.Social work intervention can help clients to establish correct cognition,tap advantageous factors,and achieve self-enhancement,and play an important role in the acquired mental health intervention services for disabled people.During the social work internship,the author found that the acquired disabled people in L town all have psychological pressure after being disabled suddenly.Based on this,the paper selects the acquired disabled person Li in L town who has been disabled for nine months and has relatively severe psychological pressure.As the research object,based on the theory of dominance perspective,combined with the rational emotional treatment model,it tries to help the clients reduce their psychological pressure and restore their normal life.This research is divided into five chapters in total: Chapter 1 mainly expounds the research background,research review,core concepts and theoretical basis of this paper.In the second chapter,the author goes deep into the acquired disabled group in L town,uses the unstructured interview method,combined with the Perceptual Psychological Stress Scale,and finds that all the acquired disabled people in L town have psychological stress problems,and then analyzes the acquired disability group in L town in detail.Psychological stress performance,problems caused by psychological stress,and cause analysis of psychological stress.In the third chapter,the author selects Li,who has the shortest period of disability and the most obvious psychological pressure,as the intervention object,and then analyzes the practical process of the service object according to the specific intervention process of social work.In the case-receiving stage,the personal background of the client,the process of accepting the case and the establishment of professional relationships are explained;in the estimation and problem diagnosis stage,the psychological status of the client is shown through interviews,and the cause analysis and needs assessment are carried out;the goal is set and the service plan is designed.,on the basis of the needs assessment of the service object,clarify the overall goal and process goal of this service;and based on this,determine the intervention strategy and arrange the service plan.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the implementation process and results of intervention,including three parts: intervention,case closure and evaluation.The intervention stage starts with changing the client ’ s unreasonable beliefs about self,family,and social interaction,and establishes correct cognition through rational emotional therapy;case closure;In the stage,the completion of the benchmarking service objectives determines the end of the service work;in the evaluation stage,it mainly conducts process evaluation,result evaluation and client self-evaluation,and considers the standardization of intervention procedures,the effectiveness of intervention results and the satisfaction of intervention objects.In chapter five,the author summarizes and summarizes the practical exploration of social work intervention in the psychological pressure of the disabled,reflects on the problems encountered in the specific practice,and puts forward corresponding suggestions to better reduce the psychological pressure of the disabled.
