With the rapid development of the express delivery industry,my country has become a major express delivery country.The courier is an important person who completes the “last mile” of the express delivery service.While bringing convenience to the people,the courier also suffers from huge pressure due to the particularity of the profession.Whether it is unable to deliver in time,it suffers from the pressure of customer complaints,or the traffic safety hazards encountered during the delivery,or the overwork risk caused by the explosion of warehouses and orders,these are the risks and pressures that couriers may face on a daily basis,which have brought trouble to the work and life of couriers.This leads to the accumulation of emotional pressure on the courier and becomes the immediate “pain point” of the courier.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the problem of professional psychological pressure of couriers.This paper takes the courier as the research object.First,on the basis of the questionnaire survey and interview,the survey data is statistically analyzed,and the occupational psychological stress performance and stress source of the courier are described.Secondly,based on the advantage perspective theory and social support theory,the practice is carried out by means of case work,and the strategies to relieve the professional psychological pressure of couriers are explored.This paper is mainly divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction,which briefly introduces the research background,research significance and research methods,and summarizes the relevant literature of domestic and foreign scholars.The second part is the theoretical basis,which mainly explains the related concepts and theories involved in the thesis.The third part is the survey of the current situation of the courier’s occupational psychological stress,which mainly introduces the design,pre-test and formal distribution of the questionnaire,and makes a detailed analysis of the performance and reasons of the courier’s occupational psychological stress.The fourth part is the practical design of the courier’s occupational psychological pressure relief,which mainly introduces the general situation of the case service object selection,the basic situation of the client and the practical plan.The fifth part is the intervention process of the courier’s occupational psychological stress relief case,including the practical intervention process of three different types of clients,service evaluation,and case closing and service follow-up.The sixth part is the research conclusions,reflections and suggestions,including research conclusions,reflections on the inadequacies of the research,and relevant suggestions for relieving the professional psychological pressure of couriers.This paper aims to relieve the professional psychological pressure of couriers,and hopes to provide reference value for similar groups by summarizing the case work experience.At the same time,this paper hopes to arouse the attention of the society and enterprises to couriers,improve the humanistic care for couriers,and promote the healthy development of couriers.
