| In recent years,with the rapid development of emerging information technologies such as big data and 5G,economic development has entered the era of digital economy.In the context of the digital economy era,it is urgent to make breakthroughs in the successful implementation of enterprise digital strategy.Most enterprises are still in the preliminary exploration stage of digital transformation,and enterprise managers still have unclear concepts and lack of top-level planning for digital transformation.With the need of digital transformation of enterprises,digital management talents mainly composed of chief digital transformation officers are scarce.Therefore,AN education company develops A training program for chief digital transformation officers,aiming to cultivate compound management talents meeting the needs of digital transformation of enterprises.However,the competency elements and training standards required by the chief digital transformation officer are not yet clear and unified.Therefore,it is particularly important to have an in-depth understanding of the job capability requirements of the chief digital transformation officer and to design A scientific and reasonable curriculum system for A Education Company.In this paper,leaders and chief digital transformation officers of digital transformation enterprises are taken as the research objects,and competency,grounded theory and training related theories are studied deeply through literature review,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent research.Then it analyzes the current situation of the training program for chief digital Transformation Officer of A Education Company,and analyzes the existing problems,reasons and the necessity of optimizing the program based on the competency model.Then,in this paper,based on the grounded theory,through on the depth of 10 involved in digital transformation of enterprises related to entrepreneurs,executive digital transformation,human resources senior personage of semi-structured depth interview,get the chief digital officer competency model transformation,and through the questionnaire survey to verify the accuracy and reliability of the model.Finally,based on the competency model,the optimization scheme of the training program for chief digital Transformation Officer of A Education Company is given. |
