| With the release of the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan",the pilot work of the "1+X" certificate system has been fully launched.The central purpose of the "1+X" certificate system is to encourage students not only to obtain academic certificates,but also to take the initiative to obtain various vocational skill level certificates,so as to enrich their vocational skills and improve their competitiveness in employment.The promulgation of the "1+X" certificate system points out a clear direction for the teaching work of vocational schools.The "1+X" certificate system allows vocational schools to understand the needs of enterprises for students’ vocational skills,and is equipped with corresponding vocational skill level standards For the school’s reference,students know what abilities the enterprise needs,and can obtain the vocational skill level certificate accordingly.The key and difficulty in the implementation of the "1+X" certificate system is how to connect the school’s teaching curriculum with the vocational skill level certificate,that is,how to achieve "course certificate integration".Vocational schools should carry out teaching work according to the requirements of the "1+X" certificate system,but in the implementation,there is a problem that the teaching process is not closely related to the "1+X" certificate system.In order to better cooperate with the "1+X" certificate system In order to implement the teaching system,the school needs to start from the teaching concept and goals,teaching content and methods,etc.,to carry out a comprehensive innovation of teaching work,strengthen the integration with the "1+X" certificate system,especially the requirements of vocational skill level standards.integrated into daily teaching activities.Taking Jilin Province as an example,this paper conducts research on the vocational skills of students majoring in financial affairs in secondary vocational schools in the province.First,focusing on the relevant content of the "1+X" certificate system,a survey was carried out on the students,teachers,and school-enterprise cooperation enterprises of the financial affairs major in secondary vocational schools in Jilin Province.Satisfy the requirements of the "1+X" certificate system,the teaching content and teaching methods are not closely related to the students’ vocational skills,the school-enterprise cooperation needs to be deepened,the students’ learning needs to be improved,the teachers’ professional skills need to be improved,and the assessment methods and evaluation subjects are single.In response to the above problems,it is proposed to change the teaching concept and teaching objectives,enrich teaching content and teaching methods,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen students’ understanding of vocational skills,build a high-level "double-qualified" teaching team,and optimize the assessment methods.The vocational skills of students majoring in financial affairs in secondary vocational schools have certain reference significance and can also be used for reference by other majors. |
