With the continuous advancement of the "Made in China 2025" strategy and the promulgation of the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,the country has a greater demand for high-quality skilled personnel,at the same time,professional talents of professional skills and professional training have higher requirements.It is very important to improve the professional ability,to enhance the practical innovation and creativity of the talents.The major of financial affairs in secondary vocational schools mainly trains high-level junior and middle-level laborers and skilled professionals,which are transferred to finance and related industries.Because they pay more attention to the training of students' skills in the learning process,the practical skills training of financial affairs major in secondary vocational schools,I.E.Financial Practical Training Teaching,should be paid special attention to and the financial practical training teaching should be strengthened,it is necessary to carry on the financial training teaching research for the training of financial affairs professionals in secondary vocational schools.In this paper,x school as a case study,the focus of the secondary financial affairs professional financial training teaching status of the study.Based on the theory of Constructivism and IPA,this paper makes an investigation on the current situation by the methods of Literature Review,case study,observation and investigation.The evaluation tool of financial practical teaching is designed,the key index of current situation investigation is determined,and the 5 Crete scale is used to survey the students.This paper gives the scores of satisfaction and importance,and then uses IPA analysis to analyze the satisfaction and importance,so as to get the status quo of financial practice teaching of financial affairs major in secondary vocational schools.According to the present situation,there are some problems in the financial practice teaching of secondary vocational schools,such as the low importance of the vocational qualification certificate training,the construction of integrated simulation training is not good the limited teaching resources of the practical training base in the school,the imperfect construction of the practical training base outside the school,the poor implementation of the post practice,the unsystematic cultivation of the professional accomplishment,etc..Based on the analysis of the causes of the problem,further put forward the corresponding solutions.
