| In recent years,vocational education has been paid more and more attention and support by the national society and other departments,resulting in the rapid development of vocational education.With the continuous development of China’s economy,the expansion of domestic enterprises and the continuous rise of emerging industry and technology industry,not only the country hopes to develop vocational education,but also various industries constantly put forward new requirements for talents in the development process.Vocational education has always been the main force of social construction and economic development in China,which has provided a large number of high-quality technical and technical talents for the social labor market.This paper is based on the key content of the implementation plan of vocational education reform formulated in January 2019-"diploma + several vocational skill level certificates" system.To explore the implementation of "1 + X" certificate system in secondary vocational schools,this paper takes the computer department of Y secondary vocational school in Nanning as the research object.This paper mainly discusses the relevant research on the development of vocational skill level certificate in the web front end of the computer application specialty in the secondary vocational school.Based on the theory of human capital and the theory of multiple intelligences,this paper mainly uses literature research and questionnaire survey.In the summary of the main research contents,the paper clarifies the relationship and significance of "1 + X" certificate system to the development and reform of secondary vocational education.From the four directions of enterprise,higher vocational college teaching and management personnel,y vocational school students and Y vocational school teaching and management personnel,the paper designs questionnaires respectively,and finds out the problems existing in the trial implementation of "1+ X" certificate system for computer application major in secondary vocational school,and analyzes the possible problems.For example,the publicity of "1 + X" system is insufficient;the training program of computer professionals needs to be optimized urgently;the computer specialty in secondary vocational school lacks practical guidance teachers;the lack of students’ interest in learning affects the teaching effect;and the employment of students is difficult.Through the exploration of many problems,and finally sorting out the problems,summed up five main problems,targeted to carry out specific operational countermeasures research;inaddition,according to some other problems reflected in the survey in the implementation of the "1 + X" certificate system,from the school level and the national social level,put forward some other strategic suggestions to better develop the new system Reform.For example: to strengthen the understanding of the "1 + X" system among the administrators and teachers and students of secondary vocational schools;to carry out market research in the field of computer application and web front-end development,and to analyze the demand of post employment;to integrate the professional personnel training program and the "1 + X" system;to improve the teachers’ level of secondary vocational schools;to promote the implementation of the "1 + X" system in various construction services,etc.At the social level,social enterprises should play a positive role in the implementation of the "1 + X" system.At the national level,all departments of the government plan as a whole and do a good job in top-level design and infrastructure construction.The ultimate purpose of this study is to clarify the ideas of running a school,optimize the structure of personnel training,make the personnel training close to the social needs and improve the quality of personnel training through the research on the "1 + X" certificate system.It is hoped that the countermeasures proposed in this study can provide reference for the implementation of the "1 + X" certificate system,It has certain promotion value. |
