With the continuous promotion of "made in China 2025" strategy,the demand for talents in related industries is increasing.China's vocational education system personnel training needs to be closely combined with the "made in China 2025" strategy,and the matching vocational education reform policy is constantly introduced and implemented."1+X" the certificate system talent training model plays an important role in the education output of high-quality secondary vocational skilled personnel.With the promotion of "made in China 2025" strategy and Belt and Road strategy,the demand for talents in foreign trade industry is increasing,and the international business majors set up in many secondary vocational colleges shoulder the important task of cultivating skilled foreign trade talents.Currently,most Secondary vocational schools have already carried out new talent training projects,but most of them are in the exploration stage,and there are still some problems: on the one hand,the local government has not implemented the relevant policies for the training of secondary vocational education talents in place;on the other hand,some secondary vocational schools have implemented the program and implementation of talent training in a mere formality,and the practice is insufficient.Therefore,taking the current situation of the international business professional talent training mode in secondary vocational colleges as the starting point,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the secondary vocational education talent training mode,carries on the research of the secondary vocational education talent training mode,and provides the optimization suggestion for the secondary vocational education skilled personnel training.On the basis of consulting a large number of literature about the Chinese and foreign talent training mode,this paper comprehensively uses three research methods:literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method to study the talent training mode of secondary vocational schools.First of all,the training mode of vocational education talents is combed;then,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing "1+X" certificate mode are clarified;then,starting fromthe actual situation of the operation of the international business professional training mode in Dalian secondary vocational colleges,the school representatives and enterprise representatives are interviewed to clarify the problems in the current practice of talent training mode and the employment needs of enterprises,and to select 17,18,19 international level international schools in 4 secondary vocational colleges in Dalian.As the research object,the students of business major distribute300 questionnaires to analyze and investigate the existing curriculum,teachers' strength,cooperation between school and enterprise in international business major.Finally,according to the survey results,the data statistics and analysis are carried out,and the training scheme is designed based on the survey results and a series of optimization suggestions are put forward.By investigating and analyzing the feasibility of "1+X" certificate talent training model in secondary vocational education,it is found that "1+X" certificate talent training model can effectively improve the skills of graduates and meet the needs of employers in secondary vocational education.And according to the current "1+X" certificate talent training model application of certificate certification standards are not perfect,teachers are weak,curriculum is insufficient,enterprise cooperation awareness is weak and other issues put forward to build communication and cooperation platform,government schools and enterprises to improve certification standards,strengthen teacher construction,scientific curriculum and other targeted measures to improve "1+X" Effect of Certificate Personnel Training Model.
