| Life is the basis of the existence and development of the world,Without life,everything is nothing.With the economic integration,various cultural trends of thought continue to flow in,and various values affect people’s thoughts,causing many people to distort the value and meaning of life itself.At present,the life values of college students are gradually stabilized and formed.Under the influence of multiculturalism,college students have weak life awareness and lost their noble pursuit of life value.Based on this,this study attempts to understand the current situation of college students’ life values under the multicultural background,and tries to propose corresponding educational strategies to alleviate the negative impact of multiculturalism on college students’ life values.This research is mainly based on the Marxist theory of life values,cultural conflict theory and humanistic psychology theory,and discusses the composition,characteristics and influencing factors of multiculturalism in theory.This research mainly uses questionnaire method,literature method and interview method to investigate 310 college students,and conducts theoretical and practical research on the current situation of college students’ life values under the multicultural background.The research mainly investigates the negative impact of multiculturalism on the life values of college students from three dimensions:Students ’natural life values versus multicultural background,students’ personal life values versus multicultural background,and students ’social life values versus multicultural background.Under the background of the current situation of college students’ life values,analyze the reasons for the existence of the problem,and put forward corresponding educational strategies.Through the analysis of the current situation of college students’ life values,it is found that the following problems exist in college students’ life values under the multicultural background: college students’ life existence and life safety awareness are weak;college students’ individual life values are utilitarian;college students’ social life value orientation is self-oriented;college students’ excessive pursuit Wealth and hedonism are severe;lack and deviation of meaning in life.According to the research and analysis of the problem,it is believed that the main reasons for the problem are: the lack of life education in schools;the impact of various social and cultural trends;utilitarianism makes the life values of college students utilitarian;individualism causes some college students to lack sense of responsibility;mass media The value-oriented function of the family is weakened;the way and concept of family education are inappropriate.Finally,on the basis of a causal analysis,the study presents similar educational strategies for the students’ life values in a multicultural context: the school builds a comprehensive life education system;the school wants to steer the development of the students according to a socialist system of basic values;strengthens the publicity and education of the mass media,optimizes the social environment;play the role of family in the education of life values;college students should pay attention to strengthening self-education. |
