K12 education has always been a focus area of the state,and the phenomenon of "tutoring fever" disrupts the normal teaching order of basic education and has a negative impact on society.In recent years,in order to comprehensively control the chaos of extracurricular tutoring institutions,the state has successively issued relevant governance policies to ensure the normal teaching order in schools.The "double reduction" policy that came into being is an important measure at the national level to control the chaos of off-campus tutoring institutions in basic education.Under the new situation,explore the future development direction of after-school services,construct the activity flow of after-school services,and design lessons.The form of post-service development has become a breakthrough and a foothold for the implementation of the "double reduction" policy to play the main role of the school.This research adopts the method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.Under the background of the "double reduction" policy,this paper investigates the current situation of primary school students in W school in Dalian from the reasons,types and subjects,time,willingness and attitude,and effects of participating in extracurricular tutoring.In this survey,a total of 320 online questionnaires were distributed,315 questionnaires were recovered,13 invalid questionnaires were excluded,and 302 valid questionnaires were obtained,with an effective rate of 95.9%.By sorting out the questionnaire data and interview notes,it is found that: the number of students passively participating in extracurricular tutoring is relatively high,the types of extracurricular tutoring courses are mostly concentrated in non-disciplinary classes,and the excessively long tutoring time affects students’ physical and mental development.It increases the academic burden of students,and the effect of extracurricular tutoring for some students is not obvious.Based on the importance of school after-school services under the background of "double reduction",the author proposes specific paths to effectively guarantee after-school services from the three levels of schools,parents and the government,including: optimizing the content of after-school services and improving the quality of after-school services;Update the ideological concept of home and school,and give full play to the joint force of home and school to educate people;improve the relevant guarantee mechanism,and optimize the intelligent platform for after-school services.This research has reference significance for broadening the field of K12 education research field,in-depth research on the governance of after-school tutoring institutions,and has practical significance for the full implementation of the "double reduction" policy.
