The Relationship Between Academic Stress,resilience,social Support And Anxiety In High School Students | | Posted on:2022-11-03 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Z T Zhou | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2507306782996839 | Subject:Computer Software and Application of Computer | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | A cluster sampling method was used to investigate the relationship between academic stress and anxiety,as well as the mechanism of psychological resilience and social support in the relationship and the difference of demographic variables.The results show that:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between academic stress and anxiety,and a significant negative correlation between academic stress and mental toughness;There is a significant negative correlation between mental toughness and anxiety.(2)Psychological resilience plays a part of the mediating role between academic stress and anxiety,and social support plays a regulatory role between psychological resilience and anxiety.(3)The academic pressure of senior high school students is generally at a medium low level,anxiety is generally good,psychological toughness and social support are generally at a medium high level.(4)There are significant differences in the gender and school type of high school students’ academic pressure;There are significant differences in grade and school type of high school students’ anxiety.There are significant differences in gender and school type in social support of senior high school students.The results reveal the relationship between academic stress and anxiety and their mechanism of action,as well as the difference of population variables,and provide suggestions for guiding high school students to reduce the negative impact of academic stress on anxiety and better promote the academic and mental health development of high school students. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | academic pressure, Mental toughness, Social support, Anxiety, High school students | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
