Middle school students start in the face of learning,the entrance pressure,competition is fierce in the different examinations,the examination anxiety problem has become the junior middle school students to learn in life problem that not allow to ignore.Excessive examination anxiety not only affect students' academic performance and efficiency,but also to their physical and mental health influence is very big,the resulting test anxiety levels has become a problem to be solved.In order to explore the influence factors of test anxiety,previous many researchers from parenting,family environment,personality,coping styles,achievement motivation,and different aspects of test anxiety was studied,but the negative life events and psychological elastic impact on test anxiety research is still rare.Negative life events,the author of this paper,the relationship between resilience and test anxiety in-depth investigation and analysis and theoretical exploration.This paper will be divided into six parts: the first part,the paper puts forward problems and show life events,mental toughness and the definition of test anxiety and the related research results;The second part,this paper introduces the overall design of this study,research methods and tools used;The third part,the results of the study and analysis,USES the SPSS19.0 detailed analysis of negative life events and mental toughness in junior high school students with test anxiety status quo,including the general description,variance analysis and related analysis;The forth part,summarizes the negative life events,mental toughness and the basic characteristics of test anxiety and the relationship between the;The fifth part,insufficient and the sixth part prospect.There are four conclusions in this paper:Firstly,Middle school students have prominent sex difference of negative life events,personal relations,punishment,lose and other hands.On psychological resilience,there is prominent difference of positive cognition,family support,and interpersonal assistance between boys and girls,and then girls' score is higher than boys.On test anxiety score,there is prominent difference between boys and girls,and the boys' score is higher than girls'.Secondly,Junior high school students have prominent difference of negative life events,personal relations,punishment,lose,health adaptation and other hands.On test anxiety score,there is prominent difference among grades.Moreover,the higher the grade,the higher the score.Thirdly,There is prominent relations among life events scale for junior high school students such as personal relations,punishment,lose,health adaptation and other hands,psychological resilience,and test anxiety.Fourthly,Psychological resilience plays an intermediary role partly between negative life events and test anxiety.
