| TTriathlon was born in Hawaii,introduced to China in 1990,became an Olympic event in 2000,and officially entered the Paralympic arena in 2016.Wang Jiachao was the first athlete to represent China in the Ironman Paralympic Games..There are few studies of systematic and individualized training patterns in triathlon training patterns,especially for disabled athletes.Therefore,this study takes the triathlete Wang Jiachao’s training model for the Tokyo Paralympic Games as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature data,interviews,case analysis,field investigation,and mathematical statistics.Research the feasibility and applicable population of Wangjiachao training mode,and analyze the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of this training mode.The main research content includes five parts: physical fitness,training arrangement,training monitoring,training recovery,and training guarantee that support the operation of the training mode.After practice,he conducts empirical and summative research on his training mode,with the purpose of promoting the remote training mode.The application allows more triathlon participants to train scientifically and promotes the development of triathlon for the disabled.Analysis conclusion:(1)The remote training mode is widely used abroad,and is suitable for professional and amateur triathlon,marathon,and road cyclists.In China,the popularity of professional team training is not high.The advantages are that the training is not limited by time and space;the one-to-one guidance is more targeted;the transmission and analysis of data through software and hardware are more visual.The disadvantages lie in the lack of on-site coaching,lack of real-time feedback,and imperfect training guarantees.(2)Physical characteristics are discussed from four aspects: body shape,athletic quality,physical function,project characteristics and special characteristics.The premise and conditions of Wang Jiachao’s training to implement the training plan are analyzed and studied,and the evaluation index of the triathlon physical fitness test adopted is tested and analyzed.Among them,the contribution rate of the sub-items has an influence on the total performance: cycling>swimming>T1>running>T2,the proportion of cycling training should be increased in the training arrangement.(3)Disabled athletes are classified according to their grades,with greater individual differences,and their training plans are more targeted.This paper mainly studies Wang Jiachao’s interval annual competition arrangement,interval annual training arrangement,and presents different stages of training weekly plans,and introduces the role of trainingpeaks in the remote training model.(4)Training monitoring Data transmission and analysis are carried out through wearable devices and software such as trainingpeaks,zwift,and strava.The analysis contents include: intensity factor,fatigue index,training stress score,short-term training load,long-term training load,and best competitive performance.(5)The recovery methods and methods after training mainly include nutrition,sleep,massage,and weight management.Wang Jiachao’s training guarantee is not perfect,and there are deficiencies in training monitoring and training recovery. |
