As the product of social reform in the process of urbanization in China,the urban villages has become the gathering place of many migrants because of its low housing cost and convenient transportation conditions.The complex background environment of urban villages itself has brought great challenges to the development of supply and demand of local preschool education.However,influenced by the household registration status of residents,economic capacity,demand for basic childcare services and other factors,a certain number of private kindergartens have developed vigorously in urban villages.Parents,as important others in the growth of children,their kindergarten education needs and related satisfaction can play an evaluation and adjustment role in the development of kindergarten education in this region,which is of great significance to promote the balanced development of preschool education in China.This study takes parents of Z Kindergarten in X Urban villages,Kunming city as the research object,adopts literature method,questionnaire method and interview method to conduct statistical analysis on their kindergarten education demand,and puts forward suggestions for improving the satisfaction of parents’ kindergarten education demand and the quality of supply and demand of preschool education in this region.The main contents of this study are as follows:1.Investigate the basic background of parents in Z Kindergarten.Including parents’ household registration,family structure,housing type,economic income,mobility,occupation,education background,life satisfaction and parenting happiness,children’s grade,gender,main caregivers and other related information.2.Investigate the kindergarten education needs of parents in Z kindergarten.It contains two scales of demand importance and demand satisfaction,involving six dimensions of convenience needs,environmental needs,teacher needs,education needs,childcare needs and home cooperation needs,and makes statistical analysis of differences based on parents’ basic background.The study found that objective factors such as parents’ housing type,economic income,family structure,children’s gender,grade and the physical condition of the main caregivers,as well as parents’ happiness in parenting and life satisfaction will have an impact on parents’ kindergarten education needs.3.Based on the analysis of data and interview materials,the kindergarten education needs of parents in Kindergarten Z were discussed.The study found that parents’ needs for kindergarten education were characterized by complexity and imbalance with their needs,and the needs were mainly affected by parents themselves,kindergartens and social environment.To this,this study to meet the demand of parents kindergarten education reasonable logic analysis and the measures to build,including actual demand situation,the propulsion of the parent with the parents to demand from the form to meet the quality and promote the parents needs by unilateral satisfaction to multilateral,and from parents,garden and social aspects,specific Suggestions are put forward.
