| As a negative emotion,depression has become one of the global mental health problems and is currently widely concerned by scholars in various fields.Scientific studies have shown that college students are susceptible to depression,and the incidence of depression among college students is increasing year by year.Depression not only affects college students’ normal study,life,and work,but in severe cases can also lead to self-harm or self-harm behavior.Based on the fact that family environment and interpersonal sensitivity are the main influencing factors of depression,this study will focus on the influence of family environment on depression in college students,and further analyze the influencing mechanism of interpersonal sensitivity.On this basis,a group counseling program with the theme of interpersonal sensitivity was designed,and group counseling interventions were carried out for college students in order to reduce the interpersonal sensitivity level of college students.This study consists of two parts,the first study uses the questionnaire survey method,taking 2,244 college students as the research object,using three scales of "FES-CV","SCL-90 Interpersonal Sensitivity Subtable" and "Flow Center Depression" to investigate the current situation and characteristics of college students’ family environment,interpersonal sensitivity and depression,and analyze the relationship between the three and the mediating role of interpersonal sensitivity.In the second study,28 eligible college students were randomly divided into a control group(14 people)and an experimental group(14 people)to intervene,and the experimental group participants were given group psychological counseling once a week,a total of six times,and the control group did not intervene.By reducing the interpersonal sensitivity level of the experimental group,the depression was alleviated.After the intervention,the control group and the experimental group members were measured and followed up using the scale in Study 1,and the effectiveness of the intervention was assessed.The results of this study are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in the depression of college students in gender,whether they have left-behind experience,and grade.(2)There are significant differences in the interpersonal sensitivity of college students in whether they have left-behind experience,grade,father’s occupation,mother’s occupation,and per capita annual family income.(3)There are significant differences in the family environment of college students in terms of gender,non-solitary,whether they have left-behind experience,family location,family type,grade,and major.(4)There are different degrees of correlation between the various dimensions of college students’ family environment and interpersonal sensitivity and depression.Among them,interpersonal sensitivity and depression were significantly positively correlated,family environment intimacy,emotional expression,knowledge,entertainment,organization and depression,interpersonal sensitivity were significantly negatively correlated,and contradictions were significantly positively correlated with depressed mood and interpersonal sensitivity.(5)Interpersonal sensitivity plays an intermediary role between the intimacy,emotional expression,contradiction,entertainment and depression of the college student’s family environment.(6)Through group counseling interventions,the interpersonal sensitivity level of college students can be effectively reduced,their depression can be alleviated,and the results of the intervention are sustainable. |
