Research objective: Based on previous studies of interpersonal relationship sensitivity, this paper aims at proving the validity of meta-cognition intervention by means of clinical case studies.Meanwhile, exploring the effect of assigning homework segment in meta-cognition intervention on interpersonal relationship sensitivity to further perfect the technical system of meta-cognition intervention as well as enrich the experimental studies of interpersonal relationship sensitivity.Research method: 10 subjects who were sensitive on interpersonal relationship participated in this study. The present study applied meta-cognition intervention and adopted pre-test-and-post-test experimental design of experimental group and control group to conduct the clinical intervention. To be specific, assign homework segment of meta-cognition intervention was only arranged in experimental group. By comparing the reducing score rates of interpersonal relationship scale and SCL-90 scale to demonstrate the effectiveness of the mentioned intervention.The assign homework segment would be conducted again if the participants in control group did not reach the ideal goal. The scores of participants’ typical context sensitive emotional experience and subjective satisfaction were regarded as the multiple baseline indexes in this study.Research results: The scores of interpersonal relationship scale of 10 participants were reduced after intervention. In detail, the scores of experimental group participants decreased to less than 8. These participants could make normal interpersonal communication. The scores of control group participants also decreased but were still more than 8. These participants appeared allergic reactions in the course of interpersonal communication. However, their scores decreased to less than 8 after the second intervention. The total scores of typical context sensitive emotional experience, SCL-90 and the scores of each factor of SCL-90 of control group participants decreased to normal range. After the second intervention, the corresponding scores of experimental group participants also decreased to normal range. With the intervention going on, the subjective satisfaction of participants also increased.Research conclusions: Meta-cognition intervention technique can effectively solve the psychological problem of interpersonal relationship sensitivity. Assign homework segment of plays a promotion role on reducing intervention period and improving intervention effect.
