| Objectives:Rope skipping as a physical coordination of the development of the sport, with its own project advantages has been selected into jiangsu province primary school physical education syllabus examination content;Pattern rope skipping jump method variety content is rich,in the middle and upper grades of elementary school sports textbooks part of the teaching content, loved by students. In this paper, through the first grade students of pattern rope skipping and conventional rope skipping teaching experiment, explore whether there is difference between pattern rope skipping and conventional rope skipping in the development of first grade students’ physical coordination and which skipping method is more significant in developing coordination in first grade students,it provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the lower grades of primary school Studentsto carry out rope skipping teaching and training. Methods:This article mainly uses the literature material law, expert interview, experimental method, health physique test, mathematical statistics and so on,which used to select the first-grade students of Canglang Experimental Primary School in Suzhou as experimental subjects;Twenty-one students from Class 6,Grade 1 who met the experimental requirements were selected as the pattern group;and there are twenty students in Class 4,Grade 1,as conventional group. The pattern group and the conventional group were taught pattern rope skipping and conventional rope skipping respectively. The experiment was done in gym class, for 8 weeks, each class lasts 40 minutes,4 times a week.Physical coordination test index selected the upper limb coordination of one-hand clap ball, two hands clap ball, ball around the waist; The coordination test indexes of lower limbs were cross jump, standing on one leg with eyes closed and lunging jump; The whole body coordination ability test indexes were running around the markers, jumping on the ladder two feet, jumping on the ladder one foot, jumping on the ladder open and close. Before and after the experiment, the selected first-year students were tested for body coordination indicators, and the physical health data of the students were tested after the experiment. The obtained data were statistically analyzed with SPSS24.0.Results:(1)The self comparison results of the physical coordination test indexes of the first grade students before and after the experiment showed that there were significant differences in the improvement of the physical coordination test indexes between the two groups(P<0.01).Further comparison of the growth of various test indicators between the two groups of students before and after the experiment shows that the growth rates of different test indicators are quite different.(2)The growth of various test indexes before and after the experiment shows that:In terms of upper limb coordination and lower limb coordination, the growth rate of each test index in the pattern group was better than that in the conventional group; In terms of whole body coordination, the growth rate of the three test indexes of jumping on the ladder two feet, jumping on the ladder one foot and jumping on the ladder open and close in the pattern group was better than that in the conventional group, but the growth rate of the index of running around the markers was lower than that in the conventional group.(3)Comparison of post-test results between the two groups after the experiment shows that:In terms of upper limb coordination, there were significant differences among the indexes of the ball around waist(P<0.05),and the results of the pattern group was significantly better than that of the conventional group; In terms of lower limb coordination, there were significant differences among the indexes of the cross jump(P<0.01),and the results of the pattern group was significantly better than that of the conventional group; In terms of whole body coordination, there was no significant difference in posttest scores of all test indexes(P>0.05).(4)After the experiment, there was a certain correlation between the physical coordination test scores of first-grade students and their physical health test scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Bothpattern rope skipping and conventional rope skipping can improve the physical coordination of first-grade students, and have a good promotion effect on improving the physical coordination of first-grade students.(2)Selecting multiple test indicators can objectively and truly reflect the impact of rope skipping on the physical coordination of first-grade students.Among them, two hands clap ball, standing on one leg with eyes closed and jumping on the ladder open and close can be used as important test indexes to test the upper limb coordination, lower limb coordination and whole body coordination of first-grade students.(3)Pattern rope skipping improved upper limb coordination, lower limb coordination and whole body coordination of the first grade students were better than conventional rope skipping. But the conventional jump rope is more conducive to improve the first grade students leg explosive force and upper arm swing speed quality;Pattern rope skipping is more conducive to improving the stable balance ability of the first grade students.(4)The physical coordination of first-grade students was significantly correlated with 50-meter running and one-minute rope skipping, but there was no significant correlation with lung capacity and sitting body flexion. |
