Current Situation And Optimization Strategy Of "Rope Skipping Into The Campus" Activity In Primary And Secondary Schools In Xicheng District,Beijing

At present,with the improvement of national productivity,the health status of adolescents has increasingly become a concern of all social classes.In order to improve the physical fitness level of children and adolescents in Xicheng District,the Education Commission of Xicheng District,Beijing,combined with the characteristics of the urban area,has launched "Rope skipping into the campus" activity that focuses on skipping rope sports to carry out school sports work.The active implementation of the "Rope skipping into the campus" activity in primary and secondary schools in Xicheng District has solved the practical problem of students’ physical development limited by insufficient venue area with advanced ideas.Taking the promotion status and optimization strategy of the "Rope skipping into the campus" activity in primary and secondary schools in Xicheng District as the research object,this paper analyzes the top-level design,initiation and implementation,guarantee mechanism and promotion effect of the "Rope skipping into the campus" activity in primary and secondary schools in Xicheng District by using the literature method,interview method,field investigation method and case study method,and analyzes the case investigation of the "Rope skipping into the campus" activity in the two schools of Tan’er Hutong Primary School and Beijing 161 Middle School,summarizes the experience of the "Rope skipping into the campus" activity in these two schools and finds out the "Rope skipping into the campus" The problems existing in the promotion process of the activity,and the corresponding countermeasures for these problems,so that the "Rope skipping into the campus" activity in primary and secondary schools in Xicheng District can achieve healthy and sustainable development,and also provide a certain reference for primary and secondary schools in other areas to carry out school sports work.This paper draws the following conclusions through research:1.The main body of the "Rope skipping into the campus" activity is the Xicheng District Education Committee and the Xicheng District Sports Bureau,which are responsible for the design of the activity as the middle level planner of the activity.The "Rope skipping into the campus" activity is an activity promoted by the Xicheng District Education Commission for primary and secondary schools in the district,and there are 58 primary schools in Xicheng District,which have completed 100% promotion;There are 40 junior high schools in total,and some of them have been promoted.Ensure the flexible promotion of activities through online and offline forms,and ensure the implementation of activities from multiple aspects such as policy guarantee,event guarantee,publicity work guarantee and supervision guarantee.2.Through analysis,it was learned that the "Rope skipping into the campus" activity had the following problems,in the two years since the activity was promoted,due to the impact of the epidemic,some contents in the "Activity Plan" could not be implemented,and the relevant skipping competition,teacher training work,and selection of characteristic schools could not be implemented;The implementation of the main body needs to be improved in the process of promoting activities,resulting in insufficient teacher training and insufficient guarantee policies for the concretization of activities;Due to the impact of other sports on the campus or the campus itself has its own characteristic projects,it affects the development of "Beat Campus" activities into the school.3.As the planning and design of activities,the Xicheng District Education Committee should continue to implement the contents of the Activity Plan in depth,and keep pace with the times by combining with the teaching situation of primary and secondary schools in Xicheng District according to the teaching development trend,and continue to supplement the content of the Activity Plan;In addition,the Xicheng District Education Committee and the Xicheng District Sports Bureau attach importance to their respective work functions,jump rope training and the formulation of specific safeguard policies;In addition,it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of school leaders on the importance of carrying out activities,so that the "Rope skipping into the campus" activity can be smoothly integrated into the sports work of primary and secondary schools in Xicheng District;The Xicheng District Education Committee should make full use of the resources of the district’s skipping rope association,encourage the association to enter the campus,and let the association act as a "foreign aid" to assist physical education teachers in the school to participate in the promotion of the "beating campus" activity in primary and secondary schools.
