Objectives: Based on the intervention of climbing plate in special anaerobic endurance training of national female judo elite athletes, this study explored the influence of climbing plate intervention on athletes’ physical function, training load and effect, and special anaerobic endurance level through monitoring the athletes’ related physiological and biochemical indicators. It provides a certain reference for the innovation of the concept and method of anaerobic endurance training for women’s judo in China. Methods: Five +78 kg elite athletes of the National women’s judo team preparing for the Tokyo Olympic Games were selected as experimental subjects in this study.Taking the national women’s judo team’s 3 months training before the intervention of climbing plate as the pre-test and the 3 months training after the intervention as the post-test.In the climbing plate into national women’s judo after big level athletes special physical training, through Omegawave system,Firstbeat system, blood lactic acid and other biochemical indicators and monitoring means such as climbing a fitness test on a plate, the athlete’s body function condition, training load, training effect, specific aspects such as the change of the anaerobic endurance level monitoring.Comprehensive readiness, cardiopulmonary regulating system, central nervous system function reserve state, recovery mode, energy metabolism index, testosterone(T),cortisol(C),percentage of maximum heart rate(HRmax %),training impulse(TRIMP),creatine kinase(CK),blood urea(BU),training effect(TE),the anaerobic ability index, heart rate zone, oxygen debt(EPOC),blood lactic acid(Bla),climbing plate test scores were assayed.SPSS26.0 and Excel software were used for statistical analysis of data.Results:(1)After the intervention of climbing plate, there were no significant differences in athletes’ comprehensive readiness index, central nervous system readiness index, cardiopulmonary regulation system readiness index, recovery mode index, functional reserve and functional reserve index(P>0.05),while energy metabolism index was significantly increased(P<0.05).there were no significant differences in athletes’ Testosterone(T),cortisol(C)and T/C(P>0.05).(2)After the intervention of climbing plate, the percentage of HRmax, training impulse(TRIMP)and training effect(TE)were significantly increased(P<0.01),and there were no significant differences in athletes’ creatine kinase(CK)and blood urea(BU)(P>0.05).(3)After the intervention of the Bla,the climbing plate, and the anaerobic ability index and the duration in the 80%-90% and 90%-100% heart rate zone increased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with other specific anaerobic endurance training methods, the blood lactic acid(Bla)value after climbing plate training was the highest, and the physical fitness test score of climbing plate showed an increasing trend month by month.Conclusions:(1)The athletes’ overall functional state is relatively good, and the athletes had good adaptability to the training load of large amount of exercise both before and after the intervention of climbing plate. After the intervention of climbing plate, the coordination and integration ability of athletes’ energy supply system were improved obviously.(2)Athletes’ training load intensity and amount of exercise increased after climbing plate intervention. The training load was reasonable, and the training effect was good.(3)After the involvement of climbing plate, athletes’ specific anaerobic endurance showed an uptrend. The results show that the climbing plate training may have beneficial effects on improving the specific anaerobic endurance of senior judo athletes,Due to the small sample size of this study and the inability to set a control group, this conclusion still needs further study.
