Background:Speed endurance quality is an essential part of the abilities of athletes who engage in basketball sports, which is not only different from both speed and endurance quality, but is closely related to both. There are few assessments on the speed endurance of teenage women basketball players at present, and the relating indexes of sensibility and specificity are much poor. The signal assessment cannot roundly evaluate the athletes' speed endurance quality. Purposes:to establish a comprehensive assessment on the speed endurance of teenage women basketball players and then to rich it; to know about the conditions of the athletes' speed endurance and to provide a reliable basis for the coaches to make the speed endurance training plan and to evaluate the effect of training by testing and analyzing the athletes' speed endurance. Methods:1.Collecting present assessment methods on basketball speed endurance through referring to literature documents and experts interview; 2. Using Delphi method to determine on each index and weight of included speed endurance assessments.3. Select 14 teenage women basketball player from Fujian province with the plan for the track test in system for half a year, and evaluate the athletes' speed endurance twice in stages through the included testing methods and then calculate the scoring criteria of each testing method according to the results.4. Detect the athletes' body shape indexes, including height, body fat percentage etc; Collect the indexes of body function before and after the speed endurance detection, including serum testosterone, hemoglobin, blood lactic acid, instant heart rate, etc; Select the index relating to speed endurance such as heart rate and blood lactic acid, etc; Analyze the changing indexes of heart rate and blood lactic acid caused by different test methods so as to evaluate the reliability and validity of test methods; 5. Select the typical cases to analyze.Results:1.Selecting the assessment indexes of speed endurance of teenage women basketball players by Delphi method----15m multiplied by 13 reverse layup (4 groups),1.5min shooting with strength, lmin vertical jumping, half-court layup; 2. According to each assignment results of assessments on speed endurance, calculate each weigh of index; 3. Test for the selected four indexes twice and calculate standard for evaluation of each assessment methods; 4. By means of different test methods and the correlation analysis of athletes' body shape, find that 15m multiplied by 13 time of reversing layup, lmin number of times of vertical jumping and time of half-court layup have a positive correlation with height (p< 0.01); 15m multiplied by 13 time of reversing layup has positive correlation with the percentage of body fat (p< 0.05); 1.5min the number of going-in shots has a negative correlation with the percentage of body fat (p< 0.05). According to the analysis of correlation of different testing methods and body functions, find that:15m multiplied by 13 time of reserving layup and 3 min blood lactic acid have a correlation (p< 0.01); 15m multiplied by 13 time of reversing layup has a positive correlation with instant heart rate (p< 0.05); 15min the number of sorting with strength has a positive correlation with testosterone, lmin recovery heart rate and 3min blood lactic acid (p< 0.05); the score of lmin vertical jumping and 3min blood lactic acid are positively correlated (p< 0.05); time of half-court layup and 3min blood lactic acid are negatively correlated (p< 0.05). Based on the analysis of body functions indexes caused by different testing methods, find that:In these two reversing layup test, the after-running instant heart rate for the second text has dramatically decreased than that of the first text (p< 0.05); The RPE of the second text has dramatically improved than that of the fist one (p< 0.05) and the SG of urine of the second test has dramatically improved than that of the first test (p< 0.05); The RPE of 1min vertical jumping of the second test is dramatically higher than that of the first test(p< 0.05); The 1min recovery heart rate of half-court layup of the second test is dramatically lower than that of the first one (p< 0.05) and PRE of the second test is dramatically higher than that of the first test (p< 0.05). According to the test results of this study found that speed endurance evaluation method has high reliability and validity; 5. Having found that the training learning features of each speed endurance quality of individual athletes and the relating body functions features by the case analysis. Conclusions:1. Speed endurance quality of basketball players has different patterns of manifestation, which are needed to be treated separately when evaluating speed endurance quality; 2. Different testing scores of speed endurance of teenage women basketball players have a certain related relationship with their body shape and body functions, which can be used as auxiliary index for speed endurance assessment; 3. the calculating formula of teenage women basketball speed endurance assessments is that total score of speed endurance is equal to 0.4 multiplied by 15 m and 13 reverse layup, then plus 0.26 multiplied by 1.5 min shooting in strength, then plus 0.2 multiplied by 1 min longitudinal jump, then plus 0.14 multiplied by catching layup by half; 4. The assessments on teenage women basketball players, established by the research, has high reliability and validity; 5. According to the speed endurance assessments established by the research, we can not only judge the weak link and four aspects of training situation of speed endurance, but also find the athletes' potential of speed endurance, which has an effect with killing two birds with one stone. In a word, using the relating information of four speed endurance tests and body shape, body function to comprehensively evaluate of the level of speed endurance of teenage women basketball players, provides new evidences and new methods for the future research on speed endurance.
