Abstract/Summary:
Tennis is a fierce and elegant sport,with the progress of society,tennis this sport is gradually widely carried out in various parts of our country,especially in Regular institutions of higher learning,many schools are also ready to offer tennis course,so that a lot of college students are involved in this sport.The general college tennis course includes the teaching of the basic theory and technical movements of tennis,aiming at improving the students’ love of tennis and their awareness of physical exercise,thus promoting the development of tennis.However,there are also some problems in colleges and universities,such as less space,more people in class,and complex tennis techniques,which pose new challenges to the teaching effect of tennis in college tennis lessons.How to make use an efficient teaching mode to be able students to study the fundamental ability of tennis as soon as possible,enhance the level of education is the current want to solve the key.Because of the development of sports,the conventional conventional pattern is more and more does not adapt to the fresh change,in this article,through comparative tests found that the program teaching method can overcome the shortcomings of traditional teaching,in tennis elective courses in colleges and universities,the procedure teaching method can be applied to the tennis elective courses,according to the characteristics of the tennis sport,by making the teaching plan,the specification for the students action,enhance the mass of action,enhance tennis skills.This paper adopts the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and teaching experiment to carry out research and analysis.In guangdong baiyun college leisure sports professional 60 boys as experimental object,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group 30 people each,experimental time is 16 weeks,a total of 32 class,a class time 90 min,by in tennis teaching by using the principle of the teaching program,formulates the corresponding teaching scheme,using the method of teaching experiment,exploration procedure teaching method in tennis teaching effect.Experimental conclusions:1.In terms of tennis technical action evaluation and technical standards,the experimental group students are superior to the control group in three indicators of forehand hitting skill,backhand hitting skill and overhand serving skill,indicating that the teaching effect of procedural teaching method is better than that of traditional teaching method.2.After 16 weeks of teaching experiment,the two groups of students in each test index,the two groups of students in the grip strength,closed eyes jump on one foot and sitting forward bending test results of the same degree of improvement,the experimental group of students in the standing long jump,"meter" running and 1min rope skipping test results better than the control group.3.After the experiment,the experimental group’s theoretical test score is better than the control group’s students,and the procedural teaching method can improve the students’ understanding ability of theoretical knowledge.4.The adhibition of procedural teaching schema can enhance students’ hobbies in learning tennis,boost the class atmosphere and improve self-learning power.
