| With the continuous development of tennis in China, many colleges and universities have set up tennis elective courses, which are restricted by teaching methods, teaching environment and project characteristics, the students have some difficulties in mastering tennis skills, which leads to the decline of students’ interest in learning. How to enhance the students’ physical quality, improve their interest in learning, and make them master the basic tennis skills quickly in the fun-filled classroom atmosphere, etc.,it is the key problem that tennis teachers in colleges and universities urgently need to solve. At present, the ten-step teaching method is mostly used in the teaching of tennis to young children, but the traditional teaching method is still used for the teaching of tennis in colleges. The beginning is the most difficult and tedious stage for beginners. As a result, most students lose interest in learning at the beginning. The ten-step teaching method is tailored to the learning characteristics of the students, capturing their learning patterns and developing a ball, court and practice routine that is suitable for them. The innovative application of ten-step teaching method in college tennis elective courses can improve the quality of classroom teaching and provide new opportunities for the development of college tennis elective courses.A total of 64 Hefei Normal University of tennis class 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group(N=32)and control group(N=32),a 14-week,28-hour educational experiment was conducted.Among them,ten-step teaching method was adopted in the experimental group, while traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group. With the help of research methods such as literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, teaching experiments and logical analysis, the term task requirements in the Hefei Normal University syllabus were taken as experimental indicators, the sports performance of the two groups of students before and after the experiment was compared and analyzed from three dimensions of physical quality, basic tennis skill level and learning interest. The following conclusions were reached:(1)after 14-week teaching experiment,it is found that the ten-step teaching method is more effective than the traditional teaching method in improving students’ physical quality, especially in lower limb strength and speed quality. To some extent,it refines the area of the field, increases the training of two-person movement and improves the frequency of the students’ footwork.(2)Through 14-week teaching experiment,it is found that the ten-step teaching method is more effective than the traditional teaching method in improving the basic skill level of tennis. It has some relations with emphasizing stage task-based teaching, cultivating students’perception ability, keeping the ball training and paying attention to students’ main body status.(3)After 14 weeks of experimental teaching, compared with traditional teaching methods, students’ classroom concentration has been improved, and the teaching effect of elective courses has also been improved. The reason for this is not to take interest as a guide,to cultivate students’ confidence in sports,so that students take the initiative to join the classroom teaching. |
