With the development of China’s economy and the needs of society,the General Office of the State Council issued the document "Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Strengthening School Physical Education and Promoting the Comprehensive Development of Students’ Physical and mental Health",which clearly pointed out that campus tennis should be vigorously developed.With the continuous development of tennis in China and the increase of the population of universities in China,more and more college students participate in tennis.Tennis elective course has become one of the most popular elective courses.However,due to the particularity of sports colleges,it is less used in sports colleges.The particularity of sports colleges is that it not only educates students on cultural knowledge,but also in sports skills.It has the important task of cultivating sports teachers,coaches,athletes,sports research,sports news,sports management and the society.Physical education colleges and universities also have different educational systems and curriculum settings from other ordinary institutions of higher learning,with a considerable proportion of practical courses in their courses.Because it is difficult to play tennis,the traditional teaching method in the early stage of learning will reduce the enthusiasm of students to learn,and the number of participants is large,which also leads to the shortage of venues.Due to the rapid growth of teaching demand,teaching methods also need to be improved continuously,and it is urgent to explore a teaching method suitable for the current teaching situation.This paper introduces the "fast tennis teaching method",which is a new tennis teaching method for beginners.Compared with the traditional tennis teaching method which emphasizes the standardization of technical movements,the fast and easy tennis teaching method puts interest in the first place and carries out tennis teaching in happiness.In the process of teaching through the use of special teaching equipment,such as: three-color ball,small ball net.tricolor ball with different pressure is more suitable for beginners than standard ball,and the small net dividing the field can also greatly improve the utilization efficiency of tennis court.Fast and easy tennis teaching method can enable tennis beginners to master the basic tennis skills and tactics in the joy of learning.This paper mainly adopts the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method.This paper takes 30 graduate students from Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education as the experimental objects,which are randomly divided into two groups,one group is the experimental group,the other group is the control group,with 15 people in each group.The experimental group used the fast and easy tennis teaching method for teaching,and the control group used the traditional tennis teaching method for teaching.To ensure that the teaching experiment can be carried out smoothly,Before the teaching experiment,the relevant indicators of the two groups of students should be tested before the experiment;After the teaching experiment,Again,the relevant indicators of the two student groups were tested,Comparing the results through EXCEL and SPSS software,The following results are obtained:(1)there is no significant difference in the physical quality,learning interest,classroom participation enthusiasm,tennis technology and mobility ability between the two groups;(2)After the experiment,there was no significant difference in the physical quality of the two groups,but the physical quality of the experimental group was slightly better than that of the control group;(3)After the experiment,the tennis technology of both the experimental group and the control group has been improved significantly;(4)After the experiment,the score of students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group and there are significant differences;(5)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the students’ interest in tennis learning and classroom participation in the two groups before the experiment;(6)After the experiment,the control group was lower than the students in the experimental group in terms of classroom participation and interest in tennis learning,And has a significant difference;(7)After the experiment,the mobility ability of both groups of students has improved slightly,The students in the experimental group increased slightly higher than that in the control group.Research conclusions:(1)in terms of students ’learning interest and enthusiasm for course participation,the scores of students in the experimental group are significantly higher than that of the control group,from which it can be learned that the fast and easy tennis teaching method is significantly better than the traditional tennis teaching method in improving students’ learning interest and enthusiasm for course participation.(2)In terms of students ’physical quality,two kinds of teaching method for students’ physical quality promotion range is small,in addition to five meters three to the experimental group significantly better than the control group,50 meters running,standing long jump,jump 1 minute experiment group and control group is limited,quick tennis teaching method except in improving students’ sensitivity,coordination quality is significantly better than the traditional teaching method.There was no significant difference between the 50-meter running,standing long jump and 1-minute rope skipping.(3)In terms of students tennis technology,two kinds of teaching method can improve students’ tennis technology,but fast tennis teaching method for students tennis technology promotion more,mainly manifested in ITN test items,that in students tennis technology,fast tennis teaching effect is more significant than the traditional tennis teaching method.(4)In terms of theoretical knowledge,the theoretical performance of the students in the experimental group is obviously better than that of the control group,which shows that in terms of theoretical knowledge,the teaching effect of fast tennis teaching method is more significant than the traditional tennis teaching method.(5)In terms of mobility ability,both teaching methods can improve students’ mobility ability,but the fast and easy tennis teaching method can improve more significantly in students’ mobility
