In the era of rapid economic development,all kinds of sports auxiliary equipment emerge in endlessly.The use of sports auxiliary equipment can not only improve athletes’ sports performance,but also promote the development of sports.This paper uses the underwater photoconductive speed induction device provided by ruidegang sports development company combined with freestyle energy training to verify whether the use of underwater photoconductive equipment combined with traditional training can significantly improve the performance of swimmers in 400 m freestyle,and analyze the reasons.Taking 16 young male swimmers from the middle school attached to South China Normal University in Guangzhou as the experimental object,this paper compares the traditional freestyle energy training with the use of underwater photoconductive speed sensing device combined with freestyle energy training,compares the results with the "sense of speed",and analyzes the interviews of the coursets in the experience group after the test,Know whether to use underwater photoconductive speed sensing device.Photoconductive speed sensing device combined with traditional freestyle energy training is more effective.(1)Underwater photoconductive training significantly improved the physical function of young male athletes.There was dramatic difference among the experience group and the control group(p < 0.05).And the amplitude change is not greater than 5 times / minute,indicating that there is no phenomenon of excessive training in the process of the experiment.(2)Underwater photoconductive training can significantly improve the swimming performance of young male athletes.To carry out their test,The same between the two groups in special ability and special swimming performance(p > 0.05).After 7 weeks of training,the results of the latter half of 100 m and 200 m freestyle in the experience group improved clear(p < 0.05)and the improved data was better than that of the control group.In terms of critical speed,there was no significant difference between the experimental group(p < 0.001)and the control group(p < 0.001),but the increase of critical speed in the The matched group was clear worse than the experience group(p <0.05).In the 400-meter freestyle,there are significant differences between the two groups(p < 0.05),but there is no significant difference in each segment(p > 0.05).The fluctuation of the average score of the experimental group after 300 meters is smaller than that of the control group.(3)Before the experiment,both groups of subjects said that they were unable to finish the 400 m freestyle at an average speed due to the lack of target following in the usual training process.After the intervention,the testee in the underwater light guide group said that there were targets to catch up with in the underwater light guide training,and then they were more confident in the training and felt that their ability to control the swimming speed had been improved.The t paper draws the conclusion that there was little difference between the two groups in terms of physical function before the test,special ability and special swimming performance(p > 0.05).After the experiment,the improvement of physical function,400 m freestyle performance,100 m freestyle segment performance and "sense of speed" of the subjects in the effect of the matched group was not as good as that of the experience group.In the meantime,Underwater light guide training group showed that underwater light guide training could stimulate their training enthusiasm and improve their self-confidence.
