| This paper adopts the methods of documentation,expert interview,qualitative analysis and comparative analysis,An objective analysis of the principle of 400 m main ability training.Through research:The main ability of 400 m is speed ability,speed endurance ability and speed rhythm ability.The ability of lower limb elastomer is beneficial to improve the ability of speed,and is the main factor determining the ability of speed.Speed ability is based on 100 m exercise ability,speed endurance is based on different levels of speed,energy metabolism principle and body lactic acid tolerance,and speed rhythm is the key to control the whole speed reasonably..400 m speed endurance is an integrated sprint project that gathers the ability of different distances and needs the support of different levels of speed endurance;relatively low-speed speed speed endurance is the basis of high-speed endurance,while medium-speed endurance is the basis of high-speed endurance;400 m special endurance must be acquired through systematic training in three stages: relatively low-speed,medium-speed and high-speed.In turn,the improvement of ability can promote the endurance ability of medium and relatively low speed,and they have a mutually reinforcing relationship.350-380 m repetitive training is the key means to integrate different levels of speed and endurance ability,to improve the direct training of 400 m special improvement,and to pre-competition training. |
