In recent years,the Vietnamese sports undertakings continue to develop,which is a clear basic task of the sports industry.As we all know,athletes' performance is affected by many factors,such as body shape,technical and tactical level,psychological will,physical fitness development level,which is the development of physical fitness is particularly important.Swimming projects to achieve excellent results,speed,strength,endurance and flexibility and other physical qualities are essential.In the training of teenage male freestyle freestyle athletes,Hanoi swimming center coaches often use the maximum intensity exercises and sub-maximum intensity exercises,so the training process easily lead to excessive training and training pressure and fatigue,resulting in slow recovery in the training process The There are some coaches who focus too much on the interval exercises and the main training content exercises(specialty swim),the proportion of 85%,while the deputy training content is only 15%.Most Hanoi swimming coaches have less training in the use of special endurance during the special preparation phase and the competition stage,which affects athletes to adapt to the competition and enter the game state.Therefore,in order to improve the speed of endurance of young male freestyle freestyle athletes and suggest some suggestions to improve the speed of endurance,so as to provide a reference for the training of coaches and freestyle athletes,but also in order to be able to select and cultivate swimming in the country to provide a solid Based on the scientific basis,this article on the Hanoi young male freestyle freestyle athletes speed endurance training program and the specific physical condition of the basic conditions of a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and understanding,first through the experts on the Hanoi teenager short freestyle athletes speed endurance 60 training program It is better to validate the effectiveness of the 33 training programs optimized by the experts through practical application,and then sum up the effective training program for the athletes.Results:(1)After 24 weeks of training intervention,the effect of the practice method(P <0.01)was significantly better than that of the control group(P <0.05).(2)There were significant differences(P <0.05)between the subjects after the training intervention,the 100-meter freestyle test,the 4x50-meter freestyle test,and the 75-meter maximum speed travel test.(3)The growth rate of three test indexes(3.314%;6.553%;3.638%)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(1.055%;2.583%;0.877%).Conclusion: 1.The original training program of Hanoi young male freestyle freestyle athletes has not optimized enough in terms of time,content and intensity of speed endurance training.2.Hanoi young male short-distance freestyle athletes,according to expert selection 33 programs in the system training 24 weeks,can improve its speed endurance results.The preferred scheme is validated.
