| "Kindergarten Education Guidelines(Trial)" mentioned: "evaluation must be carried out naturally in the daily life and teaching process",child evaluation,as one of the important parts of educational evaluation work,promotes and encourages the work of teachers and children’s development.Children’s development is rapid,and its process is complex and difficult to measure by quantitative use,so children’s evaluation is a difficult work for early childhood education staff.In this study,7 different types of public or private kindergartens were selected from Anqing City,and 300 valid daily comment tables were collected as the research objects.Nvivo12 software is used to analyze the text of children’s daily comment form,and find some problems that the current preschool teachers carry out children’s daily life evaluation.Teachers were also interviewed on the practice status of children’s daily life evaluation in the kindergarten to discuss the causes of the problems and related influencing factors.The research results show that the evaluation language is general and typical,and the simple positive words prefer the routine of children;the teachers are less sensitive to their emotional experience;some teachers have irregular comments and negative evaluation attitude;the one-way output,ignoring the participation of children.The problems existing in children’s daily life evaluation in the kindergarten are analyzed from the subjective reasons of the evaluation knowledge,ability and concept of the preschool teachers and the objective reasons of the kindergarten management system.For the existing problems,change and establish the evaluation concept of children’s emotional experience;teachers learn evaluation knowledge through multiple channels;focus on multiple subject participation evaluation;organize teachers to participate in relevant training and teaching research;improve kindergarten management system to provide sufficient support for teacher evaluation;provide multi-channel evaluation communication platform,promote the formation of evaluation community;strengthen home cooperation and change parent education concept.Help teachers to better observe and evaluate children,so as to promote their more comprehensive development. |
