For a long time,student assessment has always been a focus in the field of international education reform. In our country,Since the CPC Central Committee,the State Council "Chinese education reform and development outline" and the "The CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening education reform and advancing quality education" released,the student assessment reform has become an inevitable requirement of implementing quality-oriented education in China,implementation of a comprehensive quality evaluation of students has become a basic orientation of students evaluation in China. In2002,the Ministry of Education issued "Circular of the Ministry of education on promoting the evaluation and examination system reform in elementary and middle schools",in which the student grow-up record as an important option for reform of our student evaluation mode. Shanghai is one of the first areas of the implementation of student grow-up record system in China,Shanghai City Board of Education launched in2004to replace the traditional student handbook student record system,the "Shanghai city Middle School students growth record book" and " Shanghai city Primary School students growth record book" require schools to implement. To study the implementation of Shanghai student record book,summarize the successful experience of them,To fully implement the spirit of the "Circular of the Ministry of education on promoting the evaluation and examination system reform in elementary and middle schools",to promote students’ evaluation of nationwide reform has a very positive meaning.In this thesis,the implementation status of "Shanghai city Primary School growth students record book" as the research object,using literature review,questionnaire survey, individual interviews and other research methods,Study on the condition of implementing "in Primary School of Shanghai city students growth record book",found that the moral evaluation of students lack of discrimination,lack of clear criteria for evaluation in the process of applying evaluation,the lack of clear standardS,the operation process of record books lack systematicness and validity problems need to be solved.the record books as the lack of systematic and valid need to change into the problem,and then put forward five suggestions to further improve the "Primary School of Shanghai city students growth record book" implementation status:To establish the moral evaluation of comprehensive,implementation on the evaluation of students training in teachers,improve the students’ participation in the evaluation,timely feedback on the students growth record book,to establish a complete student academic achievement evaluation system.The thesis mainly consists of five chapters,respectively: The first chapter introduces the background and reason for choosing the topic;the related concepts described and defined; methods used in the research process; the target of this study,contents of this study,technical routes of the research; and the research significance in theory and practice.The second chapter mainly introduces the relevant research literature at home and abroad,and these studies are summarized and analyzed,which provides the theoretical basis for this study.In the third chapter,the design and implementation of this study will be introduced and the design and implementation of this research is closely related to the interview and questionnaire design,selection and interview interview,questionnaire design and survey object related content in detail in this chapter.And the fourth chapter is the analysis of the results of the study are in-depth analysis of the third chapter,based on the teacher’s interview can understand the current record in the use process what are the advantages and disadvantages,the questionnaire is quantitatively on register usage, in this chapter,the author will the questionnaire data statistics analysis, looking for record books inadequacies in the use process,provide an empirical basis for suggestions for next chapter.The fifth chapter research findings and suggestions is the last chapter of this paper,is a chapter of conclusion,based on previous interviews and questionnaire,analyzing some problems in current use in the process of register and deficiencies,combined with the theory of educational evaluation and education management theory at present,put forward suggestions for improvement.
