| High altitude mountaineering,as a risky sport,allows mountaineers to feel the vitality of life under the interplay of fear and desire,life and death,severe cold and crags,ice and rock.As a professional person who leads and helps the team members or clients to achieve the desired goal in mountaineering activities,it determines the wonderful experience of mountaineering activities.At present,only the alpine guides career classification and grade conditions,and is mainly driven by to the qualification of practitioners,which are supply-side oriented.However,in the actual mountaineering,the existing occupational career classification and grade conditions does evaluate from the mountaineer’s perspective.To enhance mountaineering experience,promote the high-quality development of the industry,it is necessary to establish the evaluation system of alpine guides from the perspective of mountaineers and from the demand side.This paper takes the construction of alpine guide evaluation system from the perspective of mountaineer experience as the research object.The method of literature,questionnaire,interview,membership analysis,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics and other research methods are used for analysis and research.Firstly,the evaluation indexes were preliminarily constructed by using the brainstorming method.The evaluation indexes were preliminarily screened by interviewing in-depth participants with high altitude climbing experience,optimized by membership analysis method,and determined by the three-round Delphi method.Secondly,ahp is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index system.Thirdly,the evaluation model,grading standard and assigning standard of evaluation index system are constructed.Finally,the two climbing activities of The second peak of Siguniang Mountain are empirically analyzed with the evaluation index system.Through the analysis of the above results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The evaluation index system constructed by multi-angle,multi-dimension and multi-method and its practical verification is scientific,reasonable and feasible.It has a two-way promotion effect on mountaineers and alpine guides,effectively expressing the needs of mountaineers and motivating alpine guides to provide better services,which helps promote the high-quality development of mountaineering in China.(2)The three-level evaluation index system--the alpine guide evaluation system from the perspective of mountaineer experience includes 3 first-level indexes,9second-level indexes and 51 third-level indexes,and the evaluation content covers three aspects: pre-climbing,climbing and post-climbing.(3)In order to better combine the evaluation index system with practice,the mathematical evaluation model of alpine guide evaluation index system and the service level grading standard of alpine guide from the perspective of mountaineer experience are constructed,and the grading standard of each 3-level index grade under the evaluation index system is formulated.(4)The evaluation index system is applied to the practice of mountain guide of two mountaineering companies on the second peak of Siguniang Mountain.The results show that the service level of comprehensive non-local mountaineering companies carrying 5000-8000 meters of mountain guide is at a high level.The empirical result that the service level of alpine guides of local mountaineering companies in Siguniang Mountain was at a moderate level was statistically verified. |
