Research On The Construction And Application Of Students' Evaluation Index System In Undergraduate Colleges

Talent cultivation is the essential function of the university.Undergraduate education is the root and foundation of a university.It is a strategic education and an outline education in higher education.Teaching quality evaluation is an important means to ensure the quality of talent training,student-centered teaching evaluation is the most widely recognized and implemented form in colleges and universities.The effectiveness of students' evaluation of teaching directly affects the evaluation results of teaching quality in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of student evaluation.The student evaluation index system is a measurement tool for students' evaluation of teaching.Its scientificity,objectivity and rationality directly affect the effectiveness of students' evaluation of teaching.In order to improve the scientific,objective and rationality of the student evaluation index system,the paper mainly analyzes from three aspects: Firstly,combining the teaching quality evaluation theory and the customer satisfaction theory,from the perspective of students,the students' evaluation index is compiled;Secondly,strengthen the intervention of objective statistical analysis methods,weaken subjective analysis,complete the selection of evaluation indicators and determine the weight of indicators,and finally determine the student evaluation index system with four first-level indicators and 27 second-level indicators;Finally,with the help of the student evaluation index system constructed in this paper,a comprehensive evaluation of a teacher of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics is carried out to ensure the feasibility and rationality of the student evaluation index system.The paper takes college students as the research subject,fully combines the relevant theories and methods of pedagogy and statistics,constructs a scientific and reasonable student evaluation system,and perfects the construction process of the student evaluation index system.Therefore,the student evaluation index system constructed in this paper has certain application value,which can promote and improve the scientific,objective,effective and fair development of student evaluation in colleges and universities.
