With the speeding up of urbanization process and the development of economyin Beijing, garbage becomes more focus on topics in our daily life. The food wastes asa kind of urban living garbage, because its high water content, organic matter content,perishability, easy rotten, polluting, pathogenic characteristics, its processing hasbecome the importance of social problems.With the development of technology, some enterprises through recycling,harmless treatment ways of food wastes, and will produce the products for sale,forming of food wastes treatment industry. However, in the development process ofthe industry is faced with the problem of supply chain logistics.This paper through the analysis of the Beijing city of food wastes disposal supplychain logistics each link, it is concluded that the front collection quality low and donot have a unified storage container, in the middle can not receive enough food wastesand high cost of the unit transportation cost, the terminal handling processing of highenergy consumption and transportation rhythm don’t match, the end product recyclingprices are high and narrow issues such as the sales channels. Then to G company asan example, the combination of Haidian district plans to build Xierqi food wastesstation, from how to play to food wastes processing enterprises in the core position inthe supply chain logistics, each link of the optimal solution is put forward. Andpromote it to the food wastes treatment industry.Food wastes harmless and recycling treatment is help to improve the urbanenvironment, reduce the health threat of important industry. Food wastes of Beijingcity disposal supply chain logistics optimization research, help promote the rapid andhealthy development of the industry really reduce eat hutch garbage on the urbanenvironment and human health hazard.
