The oil product pipeline of Lan-Cheng-Yu has been used into in September 2002,which is a long-distance,large-diameter pipeline with a length of approximately 1,240 kilometers.The pipeline transports oils that are 0#diesel,92#gasoline,and 95#gasoline.At this time,the sequential transportation is used to transport the oil.The transportation of oil products by means of sequential transportation of product oil pipelines can not only improve the pipeline transportation efficiency,but also help reduce construction costs and transportation costs,and is more conducive to ecological and environmental protection.Compared with other transportation methods such as railways and highways,the transportation of oil products using the sequential transportation of product oil pipelines has unparalleled advantages.However,mixed oil is unavoidable during the sequential transportation process,which will greatly reduce the use value of oil products.In order to avoid the intermediate station transfer the mixed oil,the position of the mixed oil in the pipeline is tracked in time by tracking the interface of the mixed oil.In order to reduce the amount of mixed oil,this paper first studies the variation of the mixed oil in the pipeline.Then,the amount of mixed oil is minimized by optimizing the split flow(dividing time).In this paper,the method of mass conservation is used to track the location of the oil mixing interface in time,obtain the time for the oil mixing interface to reach each substation Firstly,the data of the oil viscosity,the arrival time of the oil,and the sub-distribution amount of the substations collected by Lan-Cheng-Yu are compared and analyzed.Processing some data,screening out the arrival time parameters of the complete sequential delivery batch,as well as the sub-distribution amount and the delivery start time of each sub-station in the batch;then use the Sukhov's formula to obtain the oil temperature along the line..And then the temperature distribution to obtain the distribution of the density of the oil along the line.Then the quality of the oil in the pipeline is obtained by integrating the oil quality in the pipeline.Finally,the quality is conserved(the injection amount at the first station is equal to the amount of the intermediate station The sum of the oil stored in the pipe)is used to derive the position of the oil in the pipe,and the interface tracking program is programmed by MATLAB to simplify the calculation.In this paper,firstly,through the research on the development process of oil mixing in the pipeline,the variation law of the oil mixing amount in the pipeline with the moving distance of the mixed oil interface is obtained;in order to make the oil content received at the terminal station small enough In this paper,the distribution optimization model is established.The oil distribution time(sub-transmission flow)is used as the optimization variable,and the minimum oil mixing amount of the pipeline terminal station is taken as the objective function;the improved adaptive genetic algorithm is used to find all the distributions.In the scheme,the distribution scheme with the smallest amount of oil mixing is the optimal solution.Use MATLAB to program the distribution optimization program to simplify the calculation of the oil content.
