The research and development and application of the automatic batching control system are in line with the national 2025 smart manufacturing strategic plan,and also in line with the national policy requirements of "replacement of people by mechanization and reduction of people by automation".This article discusses the development and optimization research status of the batching control system.The realization method of the gun mud batching control system is analyzed from the aspects of process,mechanical hardware,electrical components,lower computer PLC and upper computer WinCC,combined with the actual situation.Relevant researches on the optimization of the running stability and efficiency of the batching truck are carried out.This article mainly completed the following work contents:(1)In this paper,the development and optimization of gun mud proportioning control system are analyzed and sorted out,and the development and application of fuzzy logic control algorithm are analyzed and introduced;(2)An overall analysis of the production process and overall mechanical structure of the gun mud,and on this basis,the realization method of the gun mud batching control system is analyzed.First,according to the control function requirements of the gun mud batching control system,it is completed analysis of the design and implementation method of the electrical hardware control system,including the composition and structure of the electrical control system,the design principles of the electrical control system,etc..Then,I completed the selection analysis of the lower computer PLC and the logic operation analysis of the operating system and the control program design analysis.Finally,I completed the overall design and implementation method analysis of the WinCC software system of the host computer;(3)The optimization analysis and research on the operation efficiency(speed)and smoothness of the batching truck in the gun mud batching control system are carried out.First,the batching truck running system is analyzed and the system control model is established,and then the system control model is introduced into the established system control model.A fuzzy logic controller designed based on a fuzzy logic control algorithm is designed,and the optimized system simulation analysis is carried out in MATLAB-Sinmulink.The simulation results before and after the system optimization are compared and analyzed,and the stability and stability of the optimized batching control system are obtained.The conclusion that the operating efficiency has been greatly improved;(4)After verifying the feasibility of the field experiment through the system's co-simulation,the field experiment plan was designed,and the optimized experiment was carried out in accordance with the experiment plan,and the experimental data results were sorted and analyzed.The experimental data results showed that the operation efficiency(speed)and stability of the truck operation system have been significantly improved,and the optimization efficiency is as high as 20% and 65%.In order to be able to better apply the experimental results to actual engineering projects,the experimental data results are used to fit a mathematical model that can be used in actual projects,which well demonstrates the reliability and practicability of the batching control system optimization scheme.While designing the overall design of the gun mud batching control system,this paper also analyzes its implementation methods.At the same time,through the optimization analysis and research on the batching truck operation system,the operation efficiency of the feeding truck operation system is improved,thereby optimizing production performance,and improving the efficiency of the enterprise.
