| For a product oil pipeline has been put into operation, given the external environment, technological process and equipment state, as the scheduling plan adjustment, the corresponding value that mix oil loss and pump running expenses also is changing, so in order to reduce the cost of the operation of products oil pipeline, scheduling plan and operational management needs to be as a whole to consider.In this paper, the scheduling and operation of products oil pipeline transportation carried on the thorough research, summarized the domestic and foreign products pipeline scheduling planning method, principle and the establishment step, identify the scheduling plan of the basic principles and basic steps; YanChang petroleum Xi’an-Yan’an products oil pipeline as an example, research on batching transport operation Optimization of products oil pipeline, comprehensive consideration of pipe hydraulic constraints and constraints that mix oil, product oil pipeline transportation scheduling plan is established mathematical model; To the sum of energy consumption and mixed oil loss of batching transport as objective function, product oil pipeline operation optimization mathematical model is established, and to solve the model; Use of pipeline network simulation software to establish the Xi’an-Yan’an products oil pipeline simulation model, simulation run the model to get the pipes pressure distribution under different flow, analysis to determine the safety and reasonable flow schemes; According to the established optimization model, using C++programming language in Visual C++integrated development platform developed products oil pipeline operation optimization software; The operation optimization software compiled by the Xi’an-Yan’an products oil pipeline a delivery cycle is calculated; Comparing the calculated results with the actual data, and validate the rationality and accuracy of mathematical model and operation optimization software, finally analyze calculated results, the operation optimization schemes and scheduling plan are given out. |
