Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been developing at an unprecedented speed, and people's happiness and sense of gain have been greatly satisfied.China is playing a pivotal role on the international stage. However, while pursuing rapid economic growth, some problems have gradually surfaced. The manufacturing industry, which is the main driving force of economic growth,is facing a series of problems such as high carbon emission intensity and serious environmental pollution.Internationally, the emission reduction pressure imposed on China by developed countries such as Europe and the United States cannot be underestimated. In addition, with the continuous adjustment of the world economic division of labor,China's manufacturing industry is also facing the dilemma of being locked in at the low end.How to maintain stable economic growth on the basis of energy conservation, emission reduction and industrial structure upgrade is a severe test facing the manufacturing industry. Therefore,in the context of restructuring the global value chain, the opportunity to seek low-carbon development in the manufacturing industry is the only way to get rid of international pressure, overcome the energy crisis, and guide sustainable economic development. This article takes the manufacturing industry as a research object, analyzes the current carbon emission problems and low-end locking problems faced by the development of China's manufacturing industry, and believes that the development of low-carbon innovation is an effective way to solve the sustainable development of manufacturing industry The transmission mechanism is the key issue that needs to be solved urgently.Based on the global value chain reconstruction theory and low-carbon innovation theory,a transmission mechanism model mediated by the technical system, resource allocation efficiency and absorptive capacity was constructed, and the technical system was subdivided into technical opportunities, innovation exclusivity and external The availability of knowledge explores whether the reconstruction of the global value chain can enhance China's manufacturing low-carbon innovation capabilities through the above channels.Using the spatial measurement model to study the spatial and geographic relationship of low-carbon innovation capabilities in manufacturing, according to the actual situation, with China 's customs data,input-output tables and patent databases as the core from 2005 to 2017,the 30 provincial(municipal municipal)administrative regions The spatial distribution characteristics of low-carbon innovation in manufacturing are systematically analyzed, and then the Moran index and Lisa chart are used to verify the existence of spatial agglomeration features. The spatial measurement model is selected by LM test, and the spatial Durbin model is selected by Wald test and LR test Reasonable, and finally build a spatial dynamic Durbin model to analyze the intermediary effect. The research in this paper found that the low-carbon innovation capability of the manufacturing industry showed an obvious spatial agglomeration trend. The reconstruction of the global value chain has a significant role in promoting the low-carbon innovation capability of the manufacturing industry. In different regression models, there is basically a positive spillover effect.Global value chain reconstruction can promote the improvement of manufacturing low-carbon innovation capabilities through technological opportunities, and there is a positive space spillover effect;global value chain reconstruction has a certain weakening effect on innovation exclusivity, which in turn reduces the manufacturing low-carbon innovation capabilities The improvement has a certain degree of negative impact;the reconstruction of the global value chain through external knowledge availability and resource allocation efficiency can promote the improvement of manufacturing low-carbon innovation capabilities;but it is worth noting that the intermediary effect of absorptive capacity is not established. On this basis, this paper further uses the spatial Doberman error model and the spatial lag model to test the robustness of the above regression results. The results show that the regression results of this paper are robust and do not change with the changes of the model.
