China's power tool industry is one of the traditional industries.With the development of decades,China has become the world's main power tool producer.However,for domestic enterprises,the advantages of brand are relatively weak,and the investment in appearance design and functional innovation of products of unknown brands is also less than that of unknown brands.Second,power tool products do not pay enough attention to design,most of the products too imitate foreign large brands,in the product design did not break through;Third,although the domestic power tool products are exported to foreign countries,but compared with overseas products,the advantage only lies in the low price.Therefore,with the increasing market competitiveness,the design of the advantages of the brand,the function of the product,the design of the shape is the key point to fundamentally improve the power tool products.Among them,the key to success is to improve the sense of design and layering of products,to combine technology and art while paying attention to product quality,and to fully consider the needs of users.Based on the above,the author through the investigation and a supporting institution wuyi,zhejiang province,east of the demand of the electric appliance co.,LTD and related products in the global industry,application configuration design principle,from 20 v electric tool design research,the configuration design application in design of 20 v electric tools,based on the configuration design of 20 v electric tools user requirement analysis,20 v electric tools such as product design example for related innovative design research,design in such aspects as product modeling,function,man-machine engineering innovative electric tools products,in order to solve the limitation of the existing electric tools products,Power tools more to meet the user experience,more ergonomic,to meet the needs of more and more users.Through the research,we had three thinks: 1.The power tool products should have several aspects such as safety,functional innovation,exquisite beauty,professional sense and sense of power;2.Demand decomposition principle,structure division principle,modularization principle and overall consistency principle should be followed when designing based on configuration design principle;3.Through the investigation of users,we know that the audience prefer power tools with rich sense of detail,even color matching and fashion sense without considering economic conditions.Finally,this subject USES the configuration design principle to design the 20 V power tool products and obtains a set of serialized products.In the process of design,the four principles of configuration design principle are integrated into it.In terms of details,multiple configuration design methods such as variation configuration design and combination configuration design are adopted to make the product series feel obvious.
