Design, Development And Application Of The Injection Machine's Design Platform For Fast Design

The thesis combines the major industrial project of Zhejiang province science and technology planning priority theme----the technology and application of injection machine's digital design based on product platform. The injection machine is set as the research object and the injection machine's product platform is set as the main research content. Through the work of modularization, serialization, standardization and parameterization establish and develop the injection machine's product platform for rapid design in order to reduce the lead time of customized products and improve the development's capability of new products.First the project's business and technical background is introduced. The relative research status about the rapid design and the technologies supporting rapid design such as modular technology, product family and its modeling, configuration design and variant design both home and abroad are analyzed, and the content and structure of this paper is given.Based on the introduction of injection machine, the original design method and its problems are analyzed and a new design method is proposed. Then the requirement of the product platform is declared and the framework and the key technologies are given, the function model of the injection machine's product platform system is put forward.The key technique of the design platform is studied. Module design, product main structure establishment and configuration constraint satisfaction problem for the molding machine are analyzed and discussed.Then the paper studies the system's module library. The information requirement of the module library is discussed. The process, data flow diagram, data model and function structure of the module designing are analyzed. The realization of some specific functions is described.Based on the module library, from product master structure's building and product configuration design analyze the configuration design's process. Then the data flow diagram, database design and the function structure of configuration design is proposed. At last, the key function of configuration design is brought about.After that, the implementation and development of the system is introduced, combined with the system interface the realization is described.Finally, on the basis of summary of existing working and problems, something need to be researched in the further study is pointed out.
