Inkjet printing technology is a fast-developing new technology for clean printing and dyeing.It will become the representative of the technological revolution of the textile industry in the 21 st century.Applying natural dyes to inkjet printing,the development of natural dye inkjet printing inks can not only achieve clean production,but also increase the added value of the product.This paper has carried out preliminary research in the screening of natural dyes,the preparation of inkjet printing inks,the application of inkjet printing inks on fabrics,and the optimization of pretreatment agents.(1)Based on the contact angle of the dye aqueous solution,three dyes with smaller contact angles were selected from the six natural dyes as the three primary colors of the ink(red,yellow,and blue).The dyes selected were: monascorubrin,ankaflavin and gardenia blue.With these three dyes as the three primary colors,the effect of color matching on wool fabrics was studied.(2)To prepare natural dye inkjet printing inks,the effects of different additives on key parameters of inkjet printing inks were studied.Through single-factor experiments,the amounts of three natural dyes were determined as follows: monascorubrin 12 %,ankaflavin 12 %,and gardenia blue 14 %.In order to make the ink moisturizing reach the standard of use,the ink is optimized.The final ink additive mass fractions are:ethylene glycol 8 %,glycerol 8 %,ethanol 4 %,triethanolamine 1 %,Nmethylpyrrolidone 5 % And alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(OP-10)0.0186 %.The optimized ink has a surface tension of 30 to 40 m N / m,a viscosity of 4 to 5 m Pa·s,and an electrical conductivity of less than 10 m S / cm,which meets the standards of inkjet printing inks.(3)The printing performance,freeze-thaw stability and storage stability of natural dye inkjet printing inks were studied.Spray printing on wool fabrics at low,medium and high speeds,and no breakage occurred;Photo paper is printed at medium and high speed,and there will be different levels of disconnection on the photo paper.After the ink was stored at 70 °C for 24 hours,the viscosity of the three inks increased,and the viscosity change rates were: monascorubrin23.53 %,ankaflavin15 % and gardenia blue8.33 %.The effect of natural dye inkjet printing inks on wool fabrics was studied.The K/S values of the fabrics after printing were: monascorubrin 10.87,ankaflavin10.50,and gardenia blue 1.95.The fabrics all have good contour definition and resistance to rubbing and soaping.(4)The effects of two bio-impermeable agents ?-PGA and guar gum on the effect of inkjet printing were compared.The fabrics treated with ?-PGA had better contour definition.However,the K/S value of the fabric is low.The fabric treated with guar gum not only has better contour definition,but also has a higher K/S value.In the end,guar gum was used as an anti-seepage agent.The formula of the pretreatment agent was determined by single factor experiment: guar gum2 %,urea10 %,ammonium tartrate4 %.In this paper,three natural dyes are used as the three primary colors to synthesize natural dye inkjet printing inks that meet the standards of inkjet printing inks.Combined with the application of biological anti-seepage agents,the entire process of inkjet printing technology can be cleanly produced.The development of inkjet printing technology has a certain driving effect.
