With the development of the economic society recently,from household electricity to industrial electricity,the demand for electric energy is increasing,and higher requirements are put forward for the construction of electric power supply network.When a large number of power engineering projects began to be constructed,the state grid company's requirements on the safety management of power engineering are also increasing year by year,which brings severe challenges to the safety management of power engineering construction site.The author makes an in-depth analysis of the existing safety management mode and existing problems in the construction site of electric power engineering through in-depth study of safety management and safety control theory.Starting with three aspects--pre-construction stage,under-construction stage and emergency management,the author establishes the safety management mode of power engineering construction site,which mainly includes setting up the management organization of the electric power project construction site and defining the responsibility and authority of the personnel of the site project department,designing the safety management process of electric power construction site,and safeguarding measures to ensure the process of site safety management.On the basis of the analysis of system factors,environment factors,human factors,material factors and object factors,the author lists design level as one of the main evaluation factors.After analyzing the five factors above step by step,the author establishes the evaluation index system of safety management in the construction site of electric power engineering.Then the author uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each factor in the index system,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the safety management level of power engineering construction site scientifically,comprehensively and objectively.Finally,the author applies the construction site safety management model of electric power project which is constructed in this thesis to S substation project,and evaluates the safety management effect of this project by using the construction site safety management evaluation system of electric power project which is proposed in this thesis.According to the evaluation results,the construction site safety management of S substation project is of excellent level,and the construction can be continued.The construction site safety management mode of electric power engineering which is constructed in this thesis provides an effective management tool for the construction of electric power engineering and improves the management level of the construction site.In addition,the electric power engineering construction site safety management evaluation system which is established in this thesis provides a set of scientific and objective evaluation basis for the electric power engineering construction site safety management,which can ensure the orderly development of the site safety management.
