In recent years, the construction industry has achieved great development, but as a high-risk industry, the number of casualties in the mining industry is just after the mining enterprises, ranking second, which is making major losses and has a serious impact on its development. How to reduce accidents in construction site and improve the quality of safety management is the major task for construction safety management. There are a lot of issues in construction site, such as the lack of information security; the blocked information dissemination channels, the lagged feedback information, the lack of comparability and accuracy, immature and unscientific security evaluation techniques, and so on. Aimed at these issues, this paper integrates some theory and advanced technology to design safety management information system in construction site, such as security system project, safety evaluation techniques, AHP, fuzzy mathematics, computer software engineering, and so forth.According to the analysis of safety and management situation of construction, the paper made a brief description of the importance of information security management systems in safety management; according to the research on the safety management theory and safety evaluation theory, combing with the features of safe production in construction industry, aiming at the issues such as the lack of safety information in the construction site, the paper adopts basic information management, construction log, security incident management, mechanical equipment management modules to solve them; aiming at the immature defect of safety evaluation technology, this paper uses the safety checking table, risk analysis in advance, LEC safety evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to resolve them.Through in-depth comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of C / S and B / S structure, this paper selects Internet-based client / server model, and selects the programming software Delphi 7.0 as the main front-end development tool, and selects SQL Server 2000 database as background database. The security systems mainly includes: basic information management module, safety production management module, mechanical equipment management module, safety education and training modules, production safety environmental protection regulations and labor standards module, security technology modules.The system identifies the hidden danger of accidents, finds out the natural factor affecting safety through safety checking, risk analysis in advance, LEC safety evaluation method and risk origin identification. And improve safety management level in construction site, and eliminate potential safety problems through the rectification measures. And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can evaluate the security situation of the entire construction site, which will be able to offer support for the top leadership in the decision making.
