In recent years,in the context of the "Belt and Road Initiative",in order to resolve the contradiction of overcapacity in the domestic ceramic industry,more and more private ceramic entrepreneurs have come to factories in underdeveloped areas such as Africa,which has intensified the ceramics factory.Competitive pressure.In addition,due to the large differences in economic and cultural aspects between domestic and foreign countries,the requirements for management are more stringent.As an important part of supply chain management,the optimization of warehouse management process can play the role of value creation and value growth.It is an important method for enterprises to reduce manufacturing costs and meet market differentiation requirements.It has been used as a core competitiveness of enterprises.Time is a ceramics company founded in Nigeria by several private entrepreneurs in Fujian Province.Due to the relative backwardness of industrialization in Nigeria,almost all of Time's machinery,equipment,and production materials are imported from China,which requires higher supply chain management.Inexperienced in investing abroad,those entrepreneurs of Time Company encountered all kinds of challenges including those of warehouse management in their initial stage of running.Therefore,by drawing on advanced domestic and foreign theories and methods of warehouse management,this thesis probes into the current process of warehouse management in Time Company,focusing on analyzing problems from three main parts:purchase request for materials,management of hardware warehouse and finished products warehouse.Moreover,the thesis will come up with improvement strategies to upgrade the warehouse management process by combining theories and related data analysis of Time Company.Use PDCA to constantly test and pilot the improvement plan and then come to a relatively reasonable standard process.The standard process is,of course,not absolutely "standard",because this is a long-term project.First of all,drawing on the "automatic replenishment method",using the Dingtalk and Kingdee ERP software,and the management concept of "process plus form",standardizing and optimizing the domestic and foreign purchase process,setting up safety stock in the system,to achieve unified purchase and effective control.Then,the optimization of the hardware warehouse storage process is completed.First,through the flexible application of "ABC Classification",the materials are classified,and the material number is carried out,and the location management is carried out at the same time.Secondly,the hardware warehouse is managed by the Kingdee ERP software.Third,the application The above various methods,combined with the material characteristics,we have formed a relatively complete set of warehouse management process specifications.Second,optimize the warehouse process of the finished product warehouse.First,we have defined the organizational structure and division of labor between the Chinese and foreign employees in the warehouse,and defined the responsibilities to ensure that each work can be well implemented and executed.Second,we encode the materials according to the material characteristics of the tiles,including the material code and name code;Thirdly,with Kingdee ERP software,the invoicing management and location management of the finished product warehouse;Fourth,through the use of error-proof management methods,we have also formed a set of better management process specifications for the management of the finished product warehouse.Finally,we have continued to implement and implement our warehousing process optimization by receiving support from management,training employees,taking appropriate incentives,and ensuring information technology.In addition,through the research of this paper,we draw three conclusions.First,the optimization of the warehouse management process must be targeted;second,the optimization of the enterprise warehouse management process must be consistent with the company's strategy;third,the optimization of the warehouse management process must be continuous.
