In recent ten years,China has paid more and more attention to the development of environmental protection enterprises,and new materials are more and more widely used.Among them,the membrane enterprises used in seawater desalination and sewage treatment also develop rapidly,so the market competition is more and more fierce.In the fierce market environment,based on the established small and medium-sized film industry MB part company as an example,its survival and development of environment and the status quo on the basis of the analysis of the strategic choice for research,provide the corresponding development strategy for MB company guidance,to agriculture in the western region of the new material make prospective analysis to the development of film industry small businesses have a certain reference significance for development of related industries.On the basis of relevant theoretical analysis,the author analyzes the development status of MB Company,introduces its basic development and business development,and analyzes the existing problems in the development.Secondly,it analyzes the internal and external environment of MB company,introduces the opportunities and challenges in the development process of MB company with SWOT analysis,analyzes its strengths and weaknesses,and provides a basis for the next strategic choice.Third,through the analysis of THE internal and external situation of MB company,this paper formulated the DEVELOPMENT strategy of MB company.Based on SPACE matrix and Porter's three competitive strategies and two methods,this paper analyzes the strategic choice of MB company,synthesizes the advantages and disadvantages of the two strategies,and makes a comprehensive strategic choice,so as to avoid the error of single strategy.Finally,it implements the cost-leading competitive strategy from the aspects of technology,scale,import substitution,seeking the joint development of the same industry,talent introduction,capital operation and so on,and provides capital,manpower and management guarantee for the implementation of the strategy.
