Paper research goal lies in the fact that through studying the influencing factors of coal chemical engineering design progress management,system of research,using structural equation model calculated the indexes of coal chemical engineering in the design of the influence degree of the schedule management,provide decision-making reference for the company.Paper main research content is as follows:First,the influence factor of coal chemical engineering design progress management overview.Articles of coal chemical engineering design progress management,expounds the concept and characteristics of the dynamic management of the project schedule,detailed analysis and adjustment,and schedule management influence factors in the process of coal chemical engineering design of a detailed analysis of the micro scope.Second,the study of the schedule management influence factors of the coal chemical engineering design index system.Paper preliminary selected by the method of a large number of reference index system,and then consult relevant experts further screening related index system,and technical personnel to the company issuing designed questionnaire,and then according to the result of recycling sorting again using the SPSS software to indexes selection,the optimal index are obtained.Third,based on the SEM schedule management influence factors in the design of coal chemical engineering construction of research model.First of all,comparing to the traditional statistical methods research,at the same time,the progress in coal chemical engineering design management ultimately selected structural equation model as a way of research to the influential factors of schedule management.Fourth,combined with shanxi LuAn project using structural equation model were studied.First internally designed questionnaire,and then use SPSS software according to the results of the recycling of screening again for indexes,the optimal index are obtained.Finally,results show that structural equation model to schedule management influence factors in the process of coal chemical engineering design of the practicability and rationality.Fifth,the final optimization of 17 indicators,the influence factor of construction schedule management in the design of coal chemical engineering research system.And further to the system used in the company is building a new project "yitai fine chemicals project".So far the project,in the middle of the detailed design has shortened the duration of more than three months,the effect is remarkable.Paper through the analysis of the project,our company put forward a comparatively scientific research system and analysis method.This method,can effective analysis of coal chemical engineering in the design of the various factors that affect the schedule management,can avoid and prevent the factors affecting the progress of the delaying.
