Research On The Method Of Automatic Production Of Female Blouses

As one of the important category of women's blouses,widespread female consumers.With the aggravation of the competition of the clothing industry,the traditional handmade plate has been unable to meet the development of the garment industry,garment automation,intelligent production will become the future development trend of garment enterprises.Under this background,the blouse for entry and the design method of the blouse structure can be applied to automated production.Firstly,through collecting and collating a large number of documents,classification of the blouse body modeling are summarized.According to the blouse structure design methods and commonly used three kinds of prototype--Japanese culture prototype,prototype and basic pattern of Donghua Liu Ruipu women's comparative analysis,determined by Liu Ruipu of the third generation of women's standard basic pattern based that blouse based automation plate design--mother type.Secondly,referring to the published data collected from 103 clothing,blouse plate.Use of garment CAD software,the 103 type of school board,and the blouse plate of the data collection,collation,were built in different shape blouse type database.On board data descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis based on control board,interval variables,and further regression analysis,a linear regression model was established.Again,based on the female parent shirt on the mathematical model and linear regression model according to the control interval blouse structure design variables obtained in the previous research,were built in different shapes,including X type,H type,A type plate system mathematical model,so as to obtain the design method of structure can automatically generate a blouse.Finally,to verify the structure of this new design method,design different fit and different shapes of the blouse plate.By using CLO3 D virtual fitting technology and sample experiments are performed to verify the blouse and plate shape,rationality,analysis the structural design method is practical.In this new method,for automatic production that can be used for fast,automated floor design,clothing for the intelligent research and automation research,to explore new ideas.
