Rabbit hair is a natural protein fiber,but due to the special structure and characteristics of rabbit hair fiber,it is easy to become a medium for the growth and spread of microorganisms,and the rabbit hair fabrics have prominent problems such as easy hair loss during use.At present,polyurethane and acrylic resin with good film-forming properties are used for finishing wool fabrics to solve the"three-proof"problems of anti-pilling,anti-shrinkage water and anti-shedding of rabbit wool.Chitosan,as a natural macromolecular bacteriostatic agent,has been widely used in textile finishing,but its poor solubility limits its antibacterial performance.Therefore,this paper uses chitosan as raw material to prepare a new type of antibacterial agent with good performance through chemical modification.And a new bacteriostatic agent was combined with modified polyurethane blended with acrylic resin to prepare a long-acting"three-proof"antibacterial multifunctional finishing agent suitable for rabbit hair fabrics.The alkylated chitosan(N-CTS)was synthesized by the reaction of chitosan with n-butyraldehyde by the Schiff base method.And the etherifying agent 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltriethyl ammonium chloride(CHPTAC-ethly)was synthesized from triethylamine and epichlorohydrin.Then N-CTS and CHPTAC-ethly are reacted through etherification to generate alkylated quaternary ammonium chitosan(N-CCTS).The product was characterized by FTIR,XPS,13CNMR,SEM,XRD,viscosity method and spectrophotometry,and the quaternary ammonium group and alkyl chain were successfully introduced into the chitosan macromolecule,the molecular weight of the product increased,and the solubility improved.The minimum bacteriostatic method was used to determine the antibacterial activity of the samples,and the MIC values of N-CCTS against E.coli and S.aureus were both 0.15 g/L,which were better than those of natural chitosan.The MIC value of N-CCTS has been verified to obtain a new type of bacteriostatic agent.Choose economical and environmentally friendly citric acid(CA)as the crosslinking agent to covalently bond N-CCTS to the rabbit hair fabric.On the basis of single factor experiments,the response surface method Box-Behnken(BBD)experimental design was used to optimize the N-CCTS antibacterial process,and a mathematical model was established based on the parameters of N-CCTS concentration,baking temperature,baking time and CA concentration.The optimal process is determined to be 0.72%(owf)for N-CCTS,0.34%(owf)for CA,a baking temperature of 118.5?,and a baking time of 7 minutes.The antibacterial activity of rabbit hair fabrics treated with N-CCTS to E.coli and S.aureus is significantly improved,and the antibacterial rate reaches 99.9%.After 25 washings,it can still maintain around 90%,which proves the new antibacterial agent It is suitable for rabbit hair fabric and has long-lasting effect.Based on this,the N-CCTS and the existing acrylic resin blended and modified polyurethane are organically combined to prepare a new long-acting"three-proof"antibacterial multifunctional finishing agent.Using citric acid and triethanolamine as crosslinking agents,the multifunctional finishing process of rabbit fur fabrics was established.The surface micromorphology of rabbit hair before and after finishing was observed by SEM.The whiteness,breaking strength,air permeability,stiffness,hair loss,pilling and antibacterial properties of the fabric before and after finishing and washing were investigated.After 25 times of washing,the antibacterial rate of the fabric is still around 95%,and the improvement rate of lint and pilling are both above 55%;the finishing process has little effect on the air permeability,stiffness and whiteness of the fabric,and the fabric has good wearability.
